If I could leave a negative review I would. This place took my money and my groomsmans money then wouldn't provide us with our tux's. Not only did they just steal our money, we can't even get ahold of anyone about our issues. This place is a joke.

Amazing experience! We had 9 groomsmen + dads get fitted at this location and several others, from start to finish everything was phenomenal. Bonnie was so easy to work with - Highly recommend!

The women act The Twelve Oaks location were absolutely wonderful they helped me with my groomsmen picking out the tux and even getting them to buy shoes a great team you have and will come back just to visit and say hi it's nice to have people that care these days and enjoy their work with great customer service thank you for making my special day even special I will come back and always tell friends

President Tuxedo in Novi. One of the worst experiences I and my entire wedding party had to endure. It first started back in Winter 2018 when we decided President Tuxedo was the place to go for our tuxes. The lady who helped us was less than enthused to be doing so. Our colors were navy and coral. When she told us they did not have enough pocket squares for the coral color at that time, she said they would "put a place holder text of 'watermelon' and since no one ever chooses that color the warehouse will know that's not your color and coral will be added in". Fast forward to June 2019 - two days before our wedding - guess what happened? Our entire wedding party received watermelon pocket squares. Clearly the warehouse did not pick up on her "place holder" and they had to ship out new ones of the correct color for next day pickup. Yes, mistakes happen - however it doesn't end there. Seven out of nine of the ordered tuxes had incorrect sizing for the jackets/shirts/pants and they weren't just off by a little bit. Some pants came in over 11" too long! Some jackets came in way too small. A whole new order had to be placed to come in the next day to the Ann Arbor location since it was near our venue. We go there, the day before the wedding, to pick up the replacements. To our surprise they still messed up on some of the jacket sizes and didn't even order my Father-in-Law's jacket at all! The Ann Arbor location was able to accommodate all of us, fix the final mistakes, and personally delivered two jackets to our location the morning of the wedding. That being said, the Ann Arbor location gets ALL of the kudos from us and we so appreciate everything they went out of their way to do. Novi on the other hand, we will never suggest this location to anyone. They truly need help and if anyone from upper management reads this review, please help them, they're a hot mess. We were reminded to leave this review today as we received a thoughtful handwritten "congratulations" card in the mail, but "President" wasn't even spelled correctly. If you really want to work with this company make the trip to Ann Arbor!

Wedding planning can be very stressful at times but Caprisha and Tracey at President Tuxedo in Twelve Oaks have been the most kind and helpful people throughout our experience. We have been so lucky to work with them. They always have a smile on their face and truly care about giving us exactly what we envision for our wedding. They want what’s best for us and what will make us happy. They go above and beyond and I am so grateful for that. I recommend them and this store to anyone looking for tuxedo rentals. Thank you Caprisha and Tracey!!!

This place is terrible! Customer service is not what makes this place a horrific groomsmen experience. Its the franchise in itself. Do not expect anything to fit anyone when you receive your tuxedo that they supposedly altered to your measurements. We had 9 groomsmen on my brother in laws side, that all needed not only minor but major adjusting. My left sleeve was 2 inches short than my right sleeve!?
I'm not some one to leave a bad review but having a lot of experience in tuxedo rentals; This needed to spoken of.

I got my tuxedo for the auto show here. There were some slight communication errors that caused a minor hassle, but the tux was nice and the staff friendly.

When I called to check when my tux would be in I was told "I don't know, check your receipt dude." My vest and jacket didn't fit, but there was a very nice gentleman that was able to get one that fit correctly in time for my event. There were also five others that had issues with other President locations.

Not as advertised, I expected a high quality tuxedo for the price and got an old overused tuxedo, the slacks and jacket didn't even match. Since I needed it hours after I picked it up I couldn't change it
