It's starts when I realized there were so many delicious options of salsa, I said: let's get them all. So we ordered a few full meals...and yes it was an online order... but when we received said order, all the meals were there... except any salsa... whatsoever.

From start to finish, the team did a good job in the planning stages, scheduling, and installation. The installation crew arrived right on time at the front end of their scheduled arrival window. Friendly, respectful crew that did a good job with the window installation.

No not happy. 9 out of 11 windows smaller than opening. They told me they do than so they have room to square the window. Only they were replacing old pocket windows and if they made them without reducing the size, there would be no gap. They added some special molding to fill the gap. Also the 3 bay window area they did not replace the trim between the windows only capped the window itself.
Someone came out the other day and he did not understand why they did not cap the areas. He made it sound as they are doing me a favor that they will fix it and not charge me. WOW ..
Had to readjust the inside blinds to compensate for extra molding. Installers did a good job except for capping.
I would be cautious if you decide to work with them.
Women that made contract with us told us "if not happy with what is done.you don't have to pay. YEA RIGHT
They want their $$ irregardless of your unhappiness .
They came back out due to bay window area not entirely capped. He told me they would cap that area. No calls or reply to text messages. I guess after they get your money they do not care. Still waiting for documentation so I can get rebates for windows. They told me they would send it. 2 weeks and still waiting. Many of the windows have 1/4" play in them when locked. If you "Google" should windows have play the answer is NO.. some do not. Bad construction!!!.
Maybe they can build a dog house for you but they probably would mess that up too.
There are many positive reviews so I don't understand their actions.
Going to contact BBB soon if the problem is not addressed soon.
They never got a permit from the city for window installation

Shady company- go with a local contractor. They have rang my doorbell three times today. My neighbor had a roof done by them and paid twice as much as it should have cost and took forever. This company is so crooked employing a bunch of college grads for door to door sales. Get a real job and patronize a local business rather than a joke of a national company.

We had a problem but your company responded and came out and looked at it. John, project manager came out himself and looked at it. There is one area that he said that if it doesn’t lay down flat to call you and you would fix it. My husband and I are very satisfied now..
So we thank you very much

I've never used the company before... but the "door to door" people you have going around my neighborhood today, clearly don't know what a "No soliciting" sign means.

Just go through direct with the actual roofing companies - this is a contracting company. Having to get my attic redone by a different company two years later. UPDATE: They will also call nonstop almost a full year later and after you have gone with another company to fix what "work" they did to try to harass you into more quotes. I have had to block their sales people phone lines.

If I could give a no star, I would. Sales: They used the scare tactic on us that should have raised reg flags. They told us our roof integrity was compromised. The appointment was at 5:00pm. The salesman stayed until close to midnight, coercing us until we signed with them. We didn't get an itemized list or costing for paper work. Installation: Horrible! Nails left all over the place. They damaged our outdoor lights, left a mess and did not fix things they've dislodged. The wood panels around our window sky lights were allowed to just fall all over our floor and not installed back on. Fast forward 8 yrs later: 1) We learned they did not follow the contract and did not obtain a permit from our city 2) A number of things were not done up to code 3) The reason they used to scare us with into buying a roof system with them they now caused for us to truly need another roof. They told us there was not enough ventilation, if that's true then they caused it to be worst by not closing the gable as per code. The wood parts/areas they replaced had developed mold which led to me developing allergies which now turned into a chronic respiratory condition. 4) We paid for 6 inch gutters and got 5 inch ones which explains why every time it rained or snowed, we had our personal Niagara Falls on our front porch and other areas. We also learned that they charged us more gutter length than actual. They claimed lifetime warranty but the amount we paid was the amount of 2-3x roof replacements on our house anyways. We called to them to look at our roof since it's under warranty, not only did that inspector told us something different or less than what we knew was wrong, he somehow managed to cause a crack on my bedroom ceiling and dislodged my recess light that my husband can't pull back in place. They are a nightmare that just keeps on giving! My husband decided not to let this company near our house anymore. I plan to file a complaint with the Attorney General of Michigan. I have never been so disgusted by a company and its employees' unscrupulous practices, from the salesman, the installers, the team lead, and inspector.

I'll start with the good. The crew that installed our roof was really great. They were very prompt, professional, and hard working.
After that please understand when they claim they offer no pressure quotes that will be good for a year, it is the exact opposite it is high pressure for sure. The price will be $6000 more if they walk out the door. Also they'll fail to warn you that drip rails will be showing at all your peaks. They only have white or brown drip rails. Even though home depot will have black. We were promised a beautiful black roof matching our freshly painted black trim. We were shocked to have a white strip all around the black. The solution we were given was to hire a painter again. Also when they send out quality management midway through the project that is a lie. They act like they will handle all your concerns, but they are just there trying to sell you more products because your house will be in dire need of it now that you've replaced your roof. They send no one out to actually inspect the job even when finished. Calling the company was useless. Also on top of needing to have our trim repainted, we also now need to repair our drive way which was damaged by the trash dumpster put in our driveway. Be warned they are on the expensive side for sure and you will be left with extra bills after. Customer service is not helpful and they are only interested in selling more products.

Great experience from start to finish. Kristin the consultant was very knowledgeable. The installers were very professional. The cleanup was good, and the windows are great so far. I would definitely recommend this company.

I’m very disappointed in this company and was told that this would happen. The first time everything was professional for the majority of my windows and they look great. They were not able to put in the last 6 windows in our house because the drain holes were put in wrong in the making of the replacement windows and the window crew had shown then to me to verify and them to me and stated that they would have to be reordered. They even took pictures of the original windows and put it on the app. This crew was great, clean and put in new wood for the bottom of my window seals. The second time another window installer came in but could not do the work because the same windows were sent and he could not consciously put in those windows because we would have problems. He even called the company and argued with them. Someone from the company told him to put them anyway. The 3rd time no one showed up and I did not receive a call until 5 hours later. The 4th time they sent a crew that does not speak English so I could not communicate with them that the windows were wrong and that the wood seals in the bottom of the windows needed to be replace first. I tried and got "I speak no English". The quality of work is not the same as first group and shows. I was warned that you would not replace the mistake windows and would keep sending a different group of installers until one of them puts them in. AND YOU DID JUST THAT! I wished I had read reviews and searched your company before I had POWER HRG put my windows in. I also have never received a handle for the screen door of the patio which I was told would happen.
This was not what I had signed up for and require it to be as professional installed as was completed the same as the first windows. I feel cheated and let down by your company and taken advantage of! I left a message to customer service by email was never contacted back. All I have received was the that service was completed and now you have to pay.

Bought windows with them. Everyone I came into contact with was super professional, friendly, and helpful. Wonderful team to work with. Even when calling in to customer service to reschedule initial appointment, it was super easy and they were very courteous. Windows look great and are working perfectly.

We had siding and gutters installed in Dec 2019-jan 2020 and have to say that it has been one thing after another. Nearly every spring, we have siding falling off of our house so we call and they send someone out to repair it.
Also, my bathroom fan vent was disconnected, and at first they didn't install the flapper valve at all. I mentioned it to the crew lead, and was told they'd take care of it. The next day, the flapper valve was installed and I was told it's all taken care of. Unfortunately, they never hooked the valve to the ductwork so all of the moist air was accumulating in my attic. I didn't realize this until my 17 yr old roof started leaking.
Two roof inspections later, I had to replace my entire roof, including 58 sheets of plywood because it delaminated and was covered in "organic matter".
My current issues are the window in the back of my house. One has the weeping holes exposed, but they covered up the other ones. Also, some of the siding was face nailed, yes you read that correctly.

Wouldn’t schedule an estimate with me because my spouse wasnt available. I am the homeowner… I guess it’s their policy. Odd
