My son and I stopped at your branch on Wednesday, January 15 at 4:40 PM to open a savings account for my son. When we walked in one of the tellers named Carmela asked how she can help. Carmela proceeded to check to see if someone was available to help us. She came back and told us that the manager needed to do some reports and no one was able to assist us. None of the associates working at their desks were working with customers. I explained to Carmela that it’s difficult for us to come in during their business hours because of my sons after school activities and my work schedule but no one would assist us. This was supposed to be a learning experience for my son on saving money but instead it was a lesson in business. I explained to him that even though we were just opening a savings account, The bank lost a customer who will eventually need a checking account, auto loan, mortgage, etc. New customers are essential for businesses and your bank just lost a potential lifelong customer along with my other two kids who will not be opening accounts.

It's a great bank with very friendly staff. I believe the only ATM we can find here is on the car lane outside. Having a proper ATM on the front entrance can be pretty great for customers who can just walk and get the cash out.

Best bank I have ever dealt with. Everyone is kind. Eric is my rep. He has helped me with so many problems. I left credit Union cause these people are so wonderful. It's been a great experience dealing with Pnc bank.

The people here are extremely nice but nice doesn't fulfill the NEEDS OF BUSINESS. There are NO LATE HOURS OFFERED at PNC and the Saturday hours are only until noon. Mail barely arrives until then for some people. How does PNC expect to compete with other banks if people work from 9-5pm and those are your hours as well?? I've also had problem with the debit card chip and had to have it replaced twice. I was charged for this one of the times and was not for one. How were either of these my fault, I will never know. This is BAD BUSINESS. So while I gave it 3 stars because they do try really hard to please and are very very kind people...meaning it's all coming from the PEOPLE HIGHER UP. This needs to be looked into. Fork out some money for overtime, or change up some shifts. Work outside the box. This is why credit unions are winning....free checking, and later hours with more places to go to make deposits and do banking without getting charged. I'm going to be leaving PNC after the first of the year.
