I honestly would recommend this bank especially if you are African American. I went here to open a business bank account. Had all of my paperwork and Agi Sudo told me she would need an approval and it would take up to a week. I never knew who or what the approval was for but I didn’t question it because I thought those were the requirements for opening up a business bank account, so she told me she would call me when she has an answer on the approval. After doing research and talking to a family friend that referred me to PNC bank, I was told that I should’ve got my business bank account the same day. I was very furious and upset that the banker made it seem like those were the requirements for everybody. When Agi called me back after a week, she said she got an approval and I told her that I found out I should’ve got my business account the same day, she said her manager was not in and that’s who she had to get the approval from. But I expressed to her why wasn’t I told that when I came in? Because I could’ve just went somewhere else? She apologized. But in the end I feel like I was racially profiled. And I wouldn’t want anyone to experience what I went through.

Worst banking experience couldn’t able to honor the appointment after going to the location they mentioned they did not have banker should have told atleast 1hour before or cancel the appointment .Do not have 0 star

My son and I stopped at your branch on Wednesday, January 15 at 4:40 PM to open a savings account for my son. When we walked in one of the tellers named Carmela asked how she can help. Carmela proceeded to check to see if someone was available to help us. She came back and told us that the manager needed to do some reports and no one was able to assist us. None of the associates working at their desks were working with customers. I explained to Carmela that it’s difficult for us to come in during their business hours because of my sons after school activities and my work schedule but no one would assist us. This was supposed to be a learning experience for my son on saving money but instead it was a lesson in business. I explained to him that even though we were just opening a savings account, The bank lost a customer who will eventually need a checking account, auto loan, mortgage, etc. New customers are essential for businesses and your bank just lost a potential lifelong customer along with my other two kids who will not be opening accounts.

It's a great bank with very friendly staff. I believe the only ATM we can find here is on the car lane outside. Having a proper ATM on the front entrance can be pretty great for customers who can just walk and get the cash out.
