My son and I both love the Novi location. Always clean and the people are very welcoming and friendly. I love the app that allows me too know when it’s not as busy!

I cancelled my membership in June and physically came and signed to cancel and since then they have still been charging me every single month for a total charge of of $100 and when I called back they said that they cannot transfer me to their manager and that I will have to wait a day or two until they call back. I even asked for the managers phone number and they said they cannot give that out. They are money hungry and greedy and all they care about is is collecting the monthly charges even when I cancelled the membership. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR PLANET FITNESS, they are a scam

Charon, Daniel and the rest of the staff are awesome! They go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and one of the Planet Fit Fam. Love the Total Body Enhancement and look forward to it after a workout. Plenty of cardio machines, equipment and extremely spacious. Bathrooms and showers are very clean and even when the club is busy, it never feels crowded. Highly recommended. The best value for fitness in town. Love it here!

Overwhelmingly overcrowded at times. Need more smith machines. They're popular so y not more? I WILL SAY the staff is great! They do read the reviews and are very friendly!
Well update 7/6/24: An incredibly inconsistent hourly schedule went to 24 hrs finally a couple months ago?? Now just too go back to odd hours throughout the week forcing there members to obey and deviate there own schedules. Staffing issues right?...On the other hand still a great staff, helpful and friendly.

No longer open 24-7 as when joined. Closed at 10pm LAME!!!! Now has groups of teens who just hang out because I guess it’s free or something. No room to workout anymore Thurs-Sat.

Large venue, convenient, incredible members. I do believe the facility could benefit from additional equipment such as additional bench press machine, hack squat machine, higher dumbbell pounds exceeding 65lbs, higher medicine balls exceeding 12lbs, and fitness gear step. Also it would be nice to bring back Tuesday bagels

They are unprofessional. They hung up the phone in my face as I was trying to give my number to the regional manager because of cancellation issues. Manager at this location sucks.

Decent gym but I have one BIG complaint… the lighting!
The lighting is horrendous. They installed these super bright LED strips that are blinding. Gives me headaches every time.

During the day, the gym is 5 stars, after 11pm the gym is 1 star.
After 11 it's impossible to find any employees.
It's to the point I just stopped even scanning into the gym if I come after 11.
A part of me is convinced no one actually works over night and the gym is in self police mode lol.
