I literally had no idea pacsun was this huge. They have a really nice brandy Melville section. And even carry princess Polly here which really surprised me. I normally complain in these reviews but honestly the tall manger with the curly Afro and ear piercing made me smile. My friend was really annoying and she accidentally spilled her drink and made a mess but he didn’t complain about it he even helped pick out a nice outfit for me to wear at my sisters birthday dinner. Im definitely planning to come back soon I love the aesthetic of the store! As long as pacsun carry princess Polly they can will can always have my money.

Went to this store to shop & make return on 1/12/2024 at 11am they refused to open store saying they were doing inventory. They said, “come back in 3 hours”. No store closes during regular business hours to do inventory. Horrible customer service. I will never give them my business again & I’m a regular customer!!

employees were pretty chill and helpful when needed. this place is better than the reviews make it out to be. i know how retail is and they’re just doing their jobs, customers are just entitled.

Fitting rooms are never open? They keep saying next week every week because they can't keep up. If the workers have not been able to keep up then why is the store still understaffed? Where is the business manager?

went into pacsun today, and one, was never greeted by a worker asking if i needed help, which whatever. then i saw a bunch of hangers and clothes everywhere in back of store and fitting rooms. i was also yelled at by one of the male workers who was wearing headphones, and talked to me very disrespectfully as if i were a child. did not appreciate the tone he was using. will definitely be grabbing his name next time. i’m sure no one would appreciate being talked to the way he talked to me. not sure if he always talks to people like this, but it sure doesn’t seem like the first time. ridiculous. no wonder this store has 2.7 stars.

The “managers” are 17-18 year old zombies who do not give a $h!t about customers. Gave bizarre rationale for not exchanging defective items (you wore it , we can’t accept a return). if it wasn’t worn the fact that the belt loops ripped off when trying to wear a belt wouldn’t be evident? Out of 6 belt loops 4 are ripped and holes where they attach.Never ever shop at this poorly run, lazily staffed, cheap merchandise establishment. Waste

This place absolutely blows. Employees are extremely lazy and don’t care about the customer. I literally had to do there job for them to return 2 shirts. Pacsun’s return policy as a whole is garbage and I will not be buying from them again!

This store has not answered the phone for two weeks now. The last time I went in there they would not do a return because of an issue with their Computer systems. I don’t know if I will shop here again because returning items is so difficult.

Purchased my first board from here. The people leaving negative reviews about management need to go get another booster, and another till they croak. Keep living in fear in your mother's basement. Back to the store. Always clean when I go looking for clothes. Staff and managers are always very friendly.. I just feel bad for all the boomers who complain and complain but always return. I hope their life isn't as pathetic as it seems.

Terrible. It was disgusting. There were clothes all over the floor, the dressing rooms were ratchet, and the customer service was the worst i've ever experienced. they ignored us, and wouldn't do simple things like unlocking dressing rooms. it was a horrible experience and it made my trip disappointing.
