Went to this store yesterday to explore prescription eyewear. I’ve been looking for a wider frame to fit my larger head, and haven’t had much luck. I was incredibly impressed with the selection of eyewear, and even more impressed at the service from the store manager Andrew. He was very, very knowledgeable, and walked me through all of the available options for lenses and frame colors. We did a full fitting, and found a pair that fit me absolutely perfectly. Andrew was patient and exacting in his questions to make sure I had the perfect pair. If you’re in the market for eyewear, check out this Oakley store, and ask for Andrew. The service level was outstanding, and the products are of fantastic quality for the price point.

I had a great experience at the Novi store. I went in to get prescription sunglasses. I was helped right away to find the right glasses, they were very knowledgable and able to help me They placed the order on a Saturday and I received them 4 days later

Andrew provided great options and feedback with choosing my prescription eyewear. I wIs very impressed with how swift he was with my measurements after I had picked out a frame. I highly recommend the Oakley store at 12 Oaks Mall in Novi.

In my family, we love Oakleys. But our loyalty to the brand started MANY years ago when Andrew helped my son pick out his first pair of baseball lenses, then followed quickly by prescription lenses. Many frames and fashions later, seeing Andrew’s face in the store is always welcoming. He has amazing knowledge, pride in his job and is always kind and professional. We always go to this store because of 8+ years of pleasant experiences with Andrew!

Andrew was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and attentive to every question or concern I had. I had been to this store about a year and a half ago and dealt with an associate who made me feel as if I was not being taken serious as a buyer for whatever reason, and that was a big part in why I hadn't returned to this store for awhile. Andrew's service alone has gained my business back to this store and he is a true asset to the company. As long as he's there, this will be my Oakley store of choice moving forward!

I hope there are more Asia-fit frames available in the store; many frames just sit on my cheeks. It seems like the online and in-store systems are different. I hope finding the right size becomes easier without having to try on every frame available. Thank you, Brandon, for cleaning up all the mess and giving me suggestions.

I had a fantastic experience at the Oakley store. Andrew is very knowledgeable and worked hard to meet my needs. He explained in detail how the prescriptions sun glasses work and also how measurement make the difference in detail to me. He is extremely helpful! I also got chance to meet Brandon and Aaron from the store for the assistance. This Oakley store is top-notch, and I highly recommend it! It will be my go-to store for prescription sunglasses from now on!

Didn't know that the Oakley store did prescription glasses. A employee name Andrew was outstanding and took the time to show me all my options of frames and fit me in my prescription. Outstanding job Andrew! Oakley is lucky to have Andrew as an employee.
