My wife and I were celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary and stopped by @Novi Jewelers. We both fell immediately in love with one of Vatche's hand made rings. Within 10 minutes we had purchased the ring and my wife is absolutely in love with it! So nice to deal with local people who produce and take pride in their creations. Highly recommend!

Vaché (my spl. could be off) and Erica are PHENOMENAL jewelers. These two have created multiple unique and custom pieces for my husband and I over the past 5 years. My fiancé and I had the BEST experience creating a custom necklace for my wedding gift! We were able to pick out the initials and diamond and customize it to our liking, all for a great price! It’s now the daintiest, most beautiful piece of jewelry I own. We’ve been going to Novi Jewelers for years and will continue to be lifelong customers :)

I went to Novi Jewelers due to the small "mom and pop shop" vibe, and the simple fact that they are not a chain store. Erica was so nice and sweet and helped me find just the right wedding band I was looking for and for a great price too! Highly recommend them and I look forward to seeing them when I bring my ring back in to get polished in the future!

Excellent experience, the staff was awesome, brought wife's ring in for repair after our bird damaged it. They not only put a gorgeous new diamond in it, they made the ring look brand new. Turn around time was fast and they are willing to make payment plans. Highly recommend them for repairs or new purchases.

I brought in a pair of earrings to Novi Jewelers. Erika was very friendly and made me feel assured that they would be able to repair them. The tightening of the fastening device and the polishing of my earrings make my earrings look brand new and now have confidence I won't lose them when I'm wearing them. I was very satisfied and would recommend Novi Jewelers.

So impressed with their service and how respectful and welcoming the owners were. I brought my watch in to get the battery changed and they fixed it within 10 minutes! I was very surprised. Most places I have always had to drop it off and may not get the watch back for 1-2 weeks. Jewelry selection is very beautiful. I'll absolutely be returning.

I will be a forever customer. I had my ring re-set into a flashier setting, Erica and Vatche were honest and told me that my stone would fall out of the setting and the setting needed to be re-built and have new prongs built to make them stronger to hold my diamond. Vatche, not only rebuilt my prongs but he built them higher so my diamond would sit up higher to reflect more light. The craftmanship is unmatchable, Vatche is amazing at his craft and it shows in his work. I'm a forever customer, the best jewelers I have ever been to.
