I had a tonneau cover put on my Ram 1500 over a year ago and was so impressed with the customer service. When my son needed a grill and bush guard installed on his Ram 3500 I didn't hesitate and my first and only call was to Joe. I had my truck detailed inside and out. It was a great experience. I work close by so I dropped it off in the morning picked it after work. I would recommend checking them out if you are interested in getting quality work at a fair price.

I made an appointment, showed up on time and the business doors were locked, no one answering the phones- so I can't say how their work is but I can say they no call no showed me on an appointment that I took time off work for. Disappointing to say the least.

I purchased a new vehicle and wanted to protect it against our Michigan weather. I had it undercoated/rust protection and Ceramic Coated. Even though it was a new vehicle just purchased off the lot , it had scratches all through the paint. Check out the photo's. Joe the owner had me discuss with is daughter Erin to rub out the paint before she ceramic coated and what a job she did! My Ram 3500 truck looks absolutely beautiful. I highly recommend Novi Car and Truck! Great people to work with that you can trust.

My husband recently took one of our SUVs here for detailing and we were absolutely amazed at the results. We have two young children & two dogs, meaning major crumbs and dog hair. This place is a hidden gem! Erin and Joe are great to deal with, and honest. I had a full detail done, paint polish, clay bar and ceramic coating. Truck turned out amazing! My "go to" place now. They also do car/truck accessories as well. Great place to do business.
