They ordered and delivered the wrong size windows. There refused to pay to resize the rough opening to use the windows that were ordered too big. They said the reorder and delay our occupancy by 6 weeks. Will not do business again.

We regret working with Mike Hart and Ralph Lobaito to get our door and lock.First, they ordered the wrong door, and held it in their store for months before letting us know. Then they tried to give us a shoddy work-around. Then they tried to gaslight us into thinking they gave us back the full refund. They were discourteous, and deciteful. This is the first one star review I have ever given and it is well deserved. Buyer beware.

We had a front door replaced on 1969 home. Our old door was ancient. We picked out a door and door handles with the help of Ray the salesman. He said it would take about two months to come in due to the custom nature of the door. The door came in and two excellent installers did an outstanding job. Took their time and meticulous in the install. Really appreciate good business practices and excellent care of the installation. No hiccups,no problems. Excellent experience.

Had one of the most rude and unfriendly experience at this center and their main store in Northville. Super rude guy at the front desk. Make sure you avoid talking to him. Was not helpful at all. I decided not to buy anything from their store for my whole house remodel.

Excellent experience. Ray worked hard to find us options to replace some non-standard windows. Dan and his installers, Tim and Jim, did great work. They were professional, polite, and cleaned up completely. The new windows have made our 60 year old house feel like a new place. Thanks everyone.
