I do not recommend New American funding since the loan officer lacked the ability to listen to my needsThe loan officer must carefully listen to the client's conversation, understanding their needs, rather than focusing solely on what he intends to write down in the loan agreement.

Found out less than 24 hours from closing it couldn't happen when scheduled. Ended up costing us thousands more than anticipated. I would never work with them again!
