Monro Novi was great. Fair prices and customer service was great. My old garage decided they would overcharge for tire changes. Monro is priced fairly and does a great job. Will be returning.

This place is the real deal! Tony took care of a tire issue caused by another service place in the area, saved me a great deal of trouble and money, even stayed open late for me ♥️ Since then he replaced my exhaust pipe for me, always treats me kindly and respectful and is very reasonably priced. 10/10 for me!

Pre scheduled appointment, tire still had to be delivered from warehouse, single tire replacement ultimately took 6 hours.

Please don’t waste your time going to Monro Auto Service they Cheat people with more prices, example - oil change synthetic cost 60$ they charge 113$ with out asking the customer and if we ask why ? they disrespect with customer and talk rudeness, so please try to avoid from this service

I've been coming here a few years now and service is stellar. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Any estimates I've been given have been on the money or slightly less. Would highly recommend.

Immediate service. No waiting 2 weeks for an appointment. Fixed what I was afraid would be a huge bill quickly and inexpensively.

I needed to find an auto shop to mount a tire onto the rim and found Monro Auto Services. Surprisingly, it was inexpensive, and they finished it within 20 minutes.However, one of the mechanics sheered the lug nut lock while mounting the wheel back on. Even though it has been a pain to acquire a replacement key from dealers and auto shops, I'm glad the shop took responsibility for their mistake and offered to reimburse me. Mistakes happen. Just do the right thing to make it right for the customer, and store manager Tony did just that.I haven't received the new key socket yet, but I will update this review once I get the notification.

I towed my car there and I called the guy at 730 when they opened, when I got there he said I'm short today but the day before he guarantees it will be done. I travel for a living doing events. WOW did they screw up my weekend and they didn't even have a ice scraper or offer any help me get the vehicle l towed there l dug

I needed a tire changed out on one of my vehicles . It was done while I waited; it only took about 15 min. The store manager was very courteous and helpful.
