My wife stopped in to get some things and she had nothing but nice things to say! The lady was super helpful and knowledgeable. She is the only one there doing everything so not everything is perfect but again, my wife had nothing but great things to say!

I have been struggling to find stores with maternity clothes, as everything is online. I saw on this store's website that there was maternity clothes instock. So, after a long car drive, there was only baby supplies. A little disheartening.I put two stars as if you needed baby supplies this store would be beneficial for future and new moms.

Extremely recommend, even if it’s a long drive!! I drive 50min just to go here! The absolute best store I’ve ever been to along with the BEST customer service I’ve ever experienced anywhere in my life. They will go ABOVE AND BEYOND for anything you need or want. They can answer absolutely any questions you have and if they don’t have the answer right away they will find a way to get it!! Highly recommend for ANY moms out there. First time moms or 10th time moms haha. Absolutely wonderful place.

As a first time mom to be it was overwhelming to try and figure out everything around breast pumping. Mom and baby shop was able to help me get exactly what I need! She helped me with the breast pump, my insurance, and making sure the pump would fit me correctly. She walked me through how to use pump I chose as well. She is so knowledgeable and is basically the last maternity shop like this in the area. From nursing bras, to baby carriers, to breast pumps and more, it is not only a place I can find everything I need, but the knowledge that she provides is irreplaceable.

I had an amazing experience at the Mom and Baby Shop! Joy was a pleasure to work with and made renting the hospital-grade Medela pump so easy. I highly recommend shopping with them even if it's a bit of a drive for you. I can't say enough good things.

There aren’t many stores like this around anymore with most maternity items being exclusive to the internet. So if you want to actually see before you buy this is it. The gal that manages the store is so knowledgeable and beyond helpful. I first called the store to inquire about renting a hospital grade breast pump to achieve an increased milk supply. She was more than accommodating, indicating that rentals were available but also willing to take the time to eliminate all other possibilities for why I was having trouble. I brought my own pump to the store and she tested the pump pressure and sat down with me to try out sizing the correct flanges. Unbelievable customer service and so very sweet. I also was able to purchase a new sling for my little one. She has a bunch out of the box you can see and try out. I had tried at least 4 different ones on Amazon to no avail but I found the perfect one in her store. The store also has very fare pricing and she even went out of her way to indicate an item that she had recently seen an online sale for, giving me that same price. She solved my supply questions without me having to purchase a pricey rental option. Exclusive pumping has been so tough and frustrating, I actually left the store with some happy tears. I cannot recommend this store enough. I drove over an hour commute to give it a try when I found it online and it absolutely did not disappoint.

Joy Narang, the owner of this small business in Novi, is the foremost expert on breast pumps in the State of Michigan. I am a private practice IBCLC, and she is my ultimate resource for pump information and spare parts. Additionally, she has everything that a pumping/nursing mama needs. Pumps (for rental or purchase), pump parts, nursing bras, cloth diapers, you name it. Stop into her cute store or give her a call!

This shop is amazing!! Joy, the shop owner, goes above and beyond. She texted me personally to let me know when I was eligible for pump part replacements (which I didn’t even know was a thing!), and did a flange size fitting for me (which has increased my milk production). I am also renting a hospital grade pump from them which has been amazing for increasing milk production. They also handled getting my pump from the insurance company and are keeping track of when I’m eligible for a replacement. They make everything super easy and convenient. They also have lots of great baby supplies in shop. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND and totally worth the drive if you’re far - they can also ship so I really only had to go in once for my flange size fitting. All of the employees who work there are so great. I wish I had’ve known about them for my first baby.
