Mercedes Benz of Novi got me a service appointment right away, every other dealership was telling me it would be at least 3 weeks. Nick Julet was very helpful and professional. They got me my car back within days! Will definitely be visiting MB of Novi in the future.

Had appointment at 9:00 am Wednesday. Sprinter RV wasn't seen for 8 days for a 2 hour repair. Called ever day but still didn't get serviced promptly. Hope I don't have to go back.

I recently had my car serviced, and the experience was great overall. Nike was particularly helpful, answering all my questions with patience and professionalism. The service itself was efficient and well done. My only suggestion would be to pay a bit more attention to the waiting area, especially in terms of snacks and the coffee options. Other than that, I'm very satisfied with the service and would recommend it. Thank you!

I arrived on time and my Advisor, Andrew Coppola, had my car transported for servicing right away. He let them know that I would be waiting. He kept me updated and everything was completed in a timely manner. Andrew was also very courteous in providing me with a quote for my upcoming service. I was totally satisfied with my experience.

I only have experience with the Service and Parts Depts, but those teams are consistently professional, helpful, communicative and go out of there way to provide great customer service. True customer advocates - especially when I’ve had some issues with MB USA.

The service was great. Communication was good with the service agent. Only drawback was that the repair took more than a week to get completed. However, the issue was expertly repaired at no cost to me. Gotta love that!
