Basically the same thing as Burlington which is 2 doors down, although we actually bought something for my 9 year old here, which isn't really saying much.

Friendly staff, good selection of clothes. Prices are okay. Not much in shoes. Shoe section was a bit disappointing. Had kitchen ware... Kids clothes was okay for the selection. More girl than boy stuff.

I tried to return a purse that broke with the receipt, and they would not even give me store credit. The ring that holds the strap to the purse ripped completely off within a month of use. Would rather shop somewhere that honors a return with receipt when something breaks

Stopped in with my girls to look around. Ended up buying lots of stuff for home & me. There was a lot of things to look at.
Staff were ehh...
Lines were long but they had a lot of cashiers to try to get people thru
A lot of the items were just here or there with no real reason where or why
Over all I would come back

Normally I don't give negative reviews but I am upset about tonight. Less than a week before Christmas, I am shopping for everyone on my list in the little bit of time that I have to do it and was standing in line for checkout at 10:50. The young lady here who took care of me at checkout was kind and fast and I asked where the restrooms were, she pointed to them and said no problem I could use them before I left. As I was walking to the restroom, the manager Carolyn stopped me and told me I could not use your restrooms because they were out of order. I asked her if there was another restroom I could use and she said no sorry you have to leave. She lied to my face and said that the store was having plumbing issues. Being in the business, especially in Novi Michigan, not having a restroom for your customers to use is illegal And I think you should inform your employee that. Not only was it rude and downright not in the Christmas spirit, it is illegal. Maybe this scrooge needs some time off. I understand employees want to leave as quick as they can, but I am spending a ton of money in your store. Nobody would be leaving in the 2 minutes it would have taken me for me to use the restroom.
