The store is a total mess. There are bunched up clothes on all of the displays. I had a return to make and got there as the store opened. It was impossible to find a cashier who was actually at their station. The only upside of the whole experience with Jacqueline in cosmetics. She was extremely helpful with my return and a very gracious individual. She should be commended for her customer service abilities. There’s nothing else I can say about the rest of the store that would result in me returning at any time.

The curbside pick up at Macy's at Twelve Oaks mall is a joke.. I sat outside waiting for a good 30 minutes. Called 3 times.. they didn't answer the first 2 times.

Fitting rooms were closed. People were trying on prom dresses and most of the fitting were closed. The store was in shambles. The clerk did a great job. I took my clothes home to try on.!

The worse place to have your jewelry fixed. We bought a ring from them three and half months ago. The ring needed resizing and Macy's offered that service. After six week of waiting the ring we went to pick it up, it was barely recized and had sharp ages that were scratching my skin when I put it on or took off. Not mention it was too big. We sent it back and asked for a faster service since it wasn't done well and we had already waited six weeks. It actually took even longer the second time, almost eight weeks this time. The sharp edges are still there and even feel worse, the size is too big. To say that this is truly disappointing and frustrating would be an understatement. Now I have to look for another jeweler to fix it. Worse service possible.

Sales floor is always trashed!! Makes it hard to find sizes. But, when they do a sale, you get some great deals!

Summer selection is getting stocked, more women's then men's. It was pretty hot in the store though, no A/C so prepare to melt while in-store. Dressing rooms still closed as well.

Great experience picking up an online order. The lady was very patient, understanding, helpful, and found me a replacement for a set of glasses I had ordered - since 1 glass was broken. Thank you!

Selection for large size women in bathing suits was extremely limited and pretty unflattering. Also it's very frustrating that none none of their fitting rooms were open and on the entire floor I think only two cash registers were open the lines for long student line for about 20 minutes to pay for something that I had to end up returning several days later because I couldn't try it on in the store

Very pleasant shopping experience. Had a jacket that i wanted; only one jacket left in store that was being displayed by the window mannequin. Was very skeptical that I would be able get it because jacket was on display in window; but decided to ask. I was greeted by Rose. When I asked to purchase jacket, she did not hesitate to help! She immediately called the supervisor on duty. After the supervisor checked inventory and discovered that jacket was the last one in the store, she personally removed it from the window. I was both surprised and delighted with the customer service provided by these ladies at Macy's! A very positive and lasting impression.

12 oaks Macys is a good place, however Macys customer service leaves a lot to be desired. Definitely not customer oriented!!!

Located in the mall .Very nice Macy's store and busy. This Macy's has a restaurant with good service and food. Have never been disappointed.nice place to spend a lot of money and then have a meal.

The saleswomen in dresses were super nice. I ordered my dress for my second wedding. I even opened a charge. I’m very happy. The ladies in lingerie, not so much. I left without purchasing anything.
