Nice products, but the lady working there was unfriendly and did not help me whatsoever. I asked if they had the almond hand cream in a metallic tube instead of the plastic ones and she just turned away and said "same thing." As someone who cares about packaging, they are not the same, and I wish she would rather just given me an actual answer.

The owner of this store yelled at my friend for wearing a Palestinian necklace screaming “ not your land”. It’s ridiculous that a store owner would act like that. Anyway their lotions contain so much bad ingredients like sulfates and it’s overpriced

Was looking for a few sets of new lotions and the geriatric lady working there told us not to open the lotions to smell them, even though they were the sample versions you are allowed to try that clearly say try me. We were simply smelling them and nothing else. We immeadiatley walked out after the inept comment and took our buisness elswhere. Needless to say we will not be coming back as there are other shops around the area with more competitive prices, a more diverse selection and far superior customer service. Its simply not worth the hassle. its a shame because the one single lotion we managed to smell was decent.

I love this boutique located in Novi. The associates are always super helpful, friendly and they go above and beyond to help every client. Thank you for your help today! I also love the sink in the store where you can keep your hands clean, especially during a pandemic, while trying luxurious hand soaps.

I was treated very rudely 12/19 , my daughter phone was damaged the tech said the phone had water damage ,she make a gagging face runs to the back and grabs blue surgical gloves and puts them on ,I tell her that's b.s ,she gets manager who is just as rude telling me about biohazard precautions, 200 people in store not one employee with gloves on ,2nd tech anton comes to finish the exchange and he did have gloves on but does a good job ,I will never recommend this store because they embarrassed me and my kids.
