The employees were very helpful and super kind to the kids! We were a family of 4 and had a great experience! From the activities to the ticket turn in! You won’t regret this great time and highly recommend the XP challenge!

I attended a birthday party on 3/23....party was scheduled to start at 5pm upon my arrival at 5:30 the area assigned was dirty and required cleaning,staff half cleaned area ,so we cleaned the area ourselves. The staff told us she would bring table cloths after 15 mins (no exaggeration) she brought table cloths,we scheduled our meal at 7pm at 7:15 we were told the dough was frozen. The manager on staff informed us he would clean a spill he left the area and never came back. Overall I wouldn't never recommend this location to anyone and I would never return !

Our grandkids (ages 4,6,7,8) LOVED Launch!I did feel sorry for the 2 employees at the counter. They could use help. There appeared to be no employees on the actual play areas.

Manager was very nice and friendly even though it was super busy at the front door! I highly recommend a staff member to be hired for the position to just go around frequently clean/gather garbage/empty pizza boxes/empty cups etc. and sanitize surfaces. If that occurred, this place would be a 5 star for sure.

So never eat here. I wanted a milkshake, he said half an hour wait and tried manipulating me about my pizza until my man came and showed him nah. Anyway they are so behind on giving out pizzas and on the way to giving a pizza to a party i saw a girl drop the pizza on the floor then bring it to the children. how disgusting, these teenagers need to BE FIRED ASAP. Also, we tried to get a refund because they said they couldn't make a milkshake and then didnt give us the full refund and took 10 mins to come back with the rest.

Gave my daughter a 14th birthday party on March 2, 2024, Server was very nonchalant not very attentive.. I don’t believe it was her fault she was very frustrated with the kitchen they gave my food away to another server.. I’m all for young kids having jobs and working but there needs to be an adult around to put everyone in order. Management needs to step their game up…
