store is organized + clean, staff are professional + friendly.
-1 star bc land's end failed to deliver one of my items from online order. the store can't do anything about it, had to call customer service, leading to a 15m phone call mostly on hold.
overall generally pleasant experience, 5 star would've been not needing to waste my time to begin with.

I have mobility problems and use a walker. Getting to the store from the parking lot and getting into the store is just not safe. I’m sure this is not ADA compliant. I’m very disappointed that Lands End would lease space in a building that is so poorly designed. Seriously makes me consider shopping elsewhere

Bought 2 chlorine resistant swimsuit in November. So disappointed with product the suit color started fading immediately and the 2 suits are thinning almost to the point of see through. A friend has some suits and has had them for years they look brand new still. I loved landsend products for years but they have lost a customer.

It's bare bones compared to the catalogue. Almost no petites. No big & tall at all. Basically Land's End golf clothing. Drove out of our way to be very disappointed.

I love Lands' End! I especially love this store! I first shopped there last year. I bought a parka. It's such a great coat that I just purchased another one in a different color.Of course in between those purchases I bought some shirts, mock turtlenecks and a couple of pullovers for myself. During Christmas I purchased some things for family members. Like I said. I love Lands' End.In addition to the products they have a great salesforce. The employees make the store. The last time I came in the manager Deanna(sp)found my size in the backroom. We couldn't fid it on the racks. Alayna(sp) and Dustin were also very helpful during my past trips. There were others but I can't recall the names.Suffice to say I will keep shopping there and telling everyone I know about them.

Purchased a pair of pants online for 62.51 total. I returned the pants because they were too large and they only refunded my cc for 46.02. I called and they do not refund the shipping costs and there is a return fee of 6.95. I will never shop here again. Go to Amazon or other stores where you can return the item for the full refund.
