We are having trouble with our recliners, one of them, the cushion seat has bunched up.under the covering, very uncomfortable to sit on. The recliners are very hard for us to get out of them. We are not very happy.

Edit: On the flip side, I would never recommend La-Z-Boy products to anyone. Within 3 or 4 months my $2,000 power recliner creaked and popped like a 100 year old wooden rocking chair. Multiple visits by their service tech resulted in being told the heavy power equipment (motors, etc) adds weight to the frame and the noises are to be expected. I was also told that the chair was never intended to be used every day and that by doing so I should expect it to wear out quicker. It's a $2,000 piece of garbage. never again.

Very disappointed! I will never buy La Z Boy again. The couch and loveseat have very different firmness in their cushions, and within a week of the couch arriving a loud clunk was made when putting the recliner down. Then the mechanism was squeaky after and the back of the couch is out of alignment, which is visible as the couch is in the center of the room. Both pieces are very rickety and noisy upon reclining, and they just feel like poor build quality. My ten year old Flexsteel from Gardner White it’s still whisper quiet and smooth.
Marie, the sales girl , never explained the zero percent financing used spend level tiers to extend the financing from 1 year to 2, 3 or 4. So we were under the impression we had 4 years zero percent, but we only have one. I never would have used their financing as I have two cards in my wallet with 21 months zero percent I could have used. And they don’t default to 35% after !!! Since it was after closing , we were rushed through the process and didn’t catch that notation in the paper work, so now my only option is to move the La Z Boy credit card over to one of my current cards, and then move it again in a year and a half.
The only saving grace is that I was able to get an employee discount , which made the La Z Boy only a little more expensive than the Gardner White, but I still would have preferred the Gardner White build quality and honest service. If I would have paid full price , this would hands down be the biggest rip off I have ever seen. My $12,000 set (after sale price was applied) was $4000 with employee discount , and I would say it’s worth about $2500. Gardner White set was $3200.
You only have 3 days to return or refund your purchase , but Since everything at La Z Boy is custom made and doesn’t arrive for 6-8 weeks, by the time you get the furniture to see the color, quality etc in your home, it is too late to return it!!!

We on a whim stopped by La-Z-Boy after going to 6 different furniture companies that day. We got there at 5:50pm they close at 7:00 so we have 80 minutes to shop find and decide if anything is what we are looking for. Ms Loveland greeted us and explained that what we were looking for could be found on several different chairs (swivel glide) functions. We got 7/8 of the way through sitting on several seats. And finally she found one that was just right.
Again Ms Loveland explained we could order or take the showroom chair (wee need 2) so she got on the phone found an exact match and we signed the paperwork.
What a joy to work with someone that is very knowledgeable about the product they sell ….. refreshing.
Can’t recommend her enough and
La-Z-Boy.
