The agent was very kind, patient and knowledgeable when I explained what I needed. The wide selection of chairs was nice. The store was light, welcoming and each setting very appealing and eye catching.The experience was relaxing.

I worked with Angelo Williams and had a really good experience. He wasn't following me around the store and gave me time and space to wander around on my own. When asked questions, he knew his stuff really well and was honest and not pushy about anything. Would be happy to work with him again.

Tyler is so knowledgeable, his expertise and willingness to help instantly set his store apart from competitors. Jessica is very creative and talented. I could not have confidently pieced my project together without her design vision and her assistance in articulating my needs and preferences. The end result is beautiful and cohesive. She even coached me on a few purchases that her store does not carry. I’m super grateful for my new space!

We had an amazing experience at La-Z-Boy! We walked in and the sales rep (Tyler/Robert) came up to us. He was kind and helpful. Asked great questions to help us think about what we really wanted - what do you like? What don’t you like? Showed us different options based on those answers. No pushy sales feeling at all!La-Z-Boy also has a free design service which we LOVED! We worked with Jessica and was an amazing experience. She came to our house to look at the space and help us figure out what would work best - fabrics and design. When we met with her at the next appointment, we were able to see a 3D layout of the room and the exact couch and accessories. We didn’t get what we thought we originally wanted - we got something WAY better!!We have nothing but gratitude and appreciation for Jessica, Tyler, and La-Z-Boy! Highly recommend!!

Buyer beware. I spent over $3k on two Jasper leather recliners. Was told the extended warranty covers everything. After 18 months the leather is cracking on one of the chairs. Extended warranty people say the warranty doesn't cover it and lazy boy only covers it for a year. Now they wanna charge me $160/hour for a tech to come out and charge me for repairs. Completely disgusted. I feel swindled. I'll never buy from lazy boy again. NEVER!

Shaun(not full name) was just amazing! No pushy hard sell just nice! He seemed genuinely interested in my purchase. Very easy to work with and funny! I gave my sister-in-law his business card because he was such a joy to work with.
