Hadn't been to Kroger in a long time. Kroger had helpful employees and good prices and value. Also had a choice between self check out and regular check out.

Don't expect to get anything done at the customer service desk. No one is there and they aren't coming either. Definitely not a very good impression to make for your customers.

How, on a Friday night, do you have one lady screaming at everyone at self check and no other check outs open. No wonder she was screaming at everyone....trying to do the job of 4 or 5 people. Not that thats ok either.Line wrapped around the corner. No one else in sight. Shopping elsewhere.

Very poor customer service!! We asked for help and were ignored. A man at the service desk/lotto area told us he was busy and did not seek out another worker to help us!Also, the Citizens Bank ATM in this Kroger is very inconvenient! It has a virtual teller and it takes longer to deal with that compared to a regular ATM. There are regular Citizens Bank ATMs at CVS stores. Another Yelper posted about the spoiled meat. That photo of the brownish colored meat is disgusting!I will not return to this Kroger.

Very beautiful store...but VERY poor customer service! Her name is Nicolette...she said she was the customer service manager however I had a hard time believing her because she was so rude...so loud...and what seemed to me... racist.I entered the store at exactly 9:51pm...right behind a causian couple....and a Indian couple... the so called manager Nicolette said literally nothing to them...but the moment I walk by instead of saying hello...welcome to Kroger, she starts screaming "we close in 5 minutes, you do you know that right ? The lights are going to go off on you if you don't hurry up"..I have never been so embarrassed in my life...her demeanor was HORRIBLE and AGGRESSIVE. It was so scary and threatening, I thought Nicolette was going to hit me...I rushed and grabbed the gallon of ice cream for my relative...along the way several employees and customers stopped me to apologize for the terrible customer service I received from the manager including the white couple that entered right before me. They told me the manager was so loud they heard what she said to me and found it strange she had said nothing to them and they came in two seconds before I did. One Kroger employee whispered to me," the manager Nicolette always becomes rude and abusive late at night."After I grabbed the ice cream and left the store, I realized I had forgotten something so I stopped at the Walmart on Novi Rd and Grand River...the moment I walked into the Walmart I was greeted by a manager. She smiled and in a pleasant voice said,"Hello, welcome to Walmart...just so you know we'll be closing in 30 minutes". There was no yelling or screaming or embarrassment nor did I have to file a police report with the Novi Police.

Showed up at 5 till and they wont let anyone in. She's just yelling at people to go away. Guess I'll use a different chain. All I wanted was to use the ATM. I feel bad for if someone needs formula and they're running late from work.

Nice clean well-stocked store. Only one register open, all others were do it yourself. I prefer a human since I had a lot of coupons but I helped to bag.

I am handicapped.I have to use one of your Kroger motorized carts.I had some financial matters that the Service Desk could attend to..... However, there was nobody to service the Service Desk.After waiting over 10 minutes, I called the store and waited at least three to five minutes before someone answered the phone. I could hear the overhead pages.I finally got an answer.ME: "Is there anyone at the service desk?"Kroger Employee: "Yes."ME: "I've been waiting over 10 minutes. I haven't seen anyoneKroger Employee: "I'm over here in Self-Checkout."HANG UP ON ME.....A woman came over and immediately started reprimanding me that she couldn't see me.If she couldn't see me.... How did I expect her to help me was her immediate response.Most importantly.... NO APOLOGY FOR NOT SEEING ME.I don't expect to be treated as a person allegedly "hiding" at a fully visible station.It is NOT MY FAULT you couldn't SEE A HANDICAPPED PERSON WAITING AT YOUR HIGHLY VISIBLE SERVICE DESK.I can appreciate that Kroger is short staffed.However, if you look up above the Service Desk there are a multitude of cameras.The first thing in CUSTOMER SERVICE is to apologize for an inconvenienced customer.You demean them in front of other customers.If I could give LESS THAN ONE STAR.... I would.

The store itself I’m giving 2 stars because honestly I wasn’t very impressed with it at all. But I was VERY impressed with a lady named Brittany who was working around 8:00pm on 04/05 at the self check out. I had a ton of groceries and 2 gallons of water, but there were no carts available for customers except the ones outside, which I didn’t realize as I was walking in so I was using a basket. Brittany noticed as I was walking up to the self checkout that I my basket was extremely heavy. She asked if I would like a cart. I told her yes please. She went looking for one and brought it back for me. I also had a couple coupons that I had to use, and she was extremely friendly and kind when she scanned my coupons. I appreciate Brittany’s kindness especially when it’s that late in the day, you normally don’t get someone as nice. Thank you Brittany! ??♥️

Worst experience ever. Deli is never open. Went to get Boar’s Head on sale. 2 deli workers but 1 was training the other. Had to settle for a much lower quality, pre-sliced meats. Not even the meat I wanted, just what they made available. Instead of the Manager, Roger, jumping on the slicer to help me, he chose to complain about Union being the problem. As a Dietitian & foodservice educator at the college level, I felt this was completely inexcusable. Yes, we are in a pandemic, but Kroger has had years to adapt. I will never shop at Kroger again. Too many other, better managed options. Disgusting! No wonder the health of our Nation is declining. Your management cannot even handle a simple issue like slicing deli meats. I assume all your mgmt is trained on the equipment they are supposed to manage. If not, then that’s a great place for Kroger to start. Disgusted!

I really like Novi Kroger. The shelves are always stocked. The freezer and fridge section us always full. It's nice an clean inside. The lines move fast. Staff is very friendly.
