Hello fellow over 30 grand people that my reviews help out, please pass this Kroger and go somewhere else. if your for rude workers then this is the place for you. if you want to be blocked for going to a self checkout lane and screamed at to go to the cashier instead and see that other people are allowed to go and not you. Then when you tell the rude worker excuse me but were going to the self checkout instead and still be blocked and yelled again to go to the cashier line. Then yes please come here while I head to Sam's club or Meijer where no one blocks me to go to the self check out lane even walmart is better than here. Congratulations you lost a life time loyal customer who came to this store for 16 years. ??

I called this store to ask if the Fresh Seafood & Meat department is open. The lady told me they open at 9AM. I drove up there hoping to save gas and time since I’m right around the corner. I walked in and there WAS NO FRESH FISH TO BE BOUGHT. There was an employee behind the counter but NO ONE assisted me!!!
I read the sign and it said it opens at 10AM. I drove off to grab some Starbucks and I waited until 9:59AM When I came back… it’s 10:03AM NO FRESH FISH IN SIGHT. I wasted my precious time and gas to come to this store.
I want TO WARN EVERYONE TO PLEASE SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! The customer service sucks!!! There is no one to help you!!! There is NO ONE AT THE SERVICE DESK!!! This store is a COMPLETE JOKE!!!! Whoever is the General Manager of this store… PLEASE RESIGN!!!! ?

There is never anyone at their customer service desk!! I have needed assistance several times recently and have waited forever for someone to even find the manager who then didnt help but had to find another employee!! Previously there was always an employee at customer service but i think she was moved to the deli?? Just a terrible experience which I related to the manager. I told him other krogers always have a person at customer service!!! Please step it up krogers novi at the desk!! On another note their Express/uscanemployees are always wonderful. I appreciate their efficiency!!

There are a lot of Japanese ingredients.
There is also miso.
The curry roux is also past its expiration date, so be sure to check before purchasing.

Worse experience with grocery pick up. Ordered from this store twice. First time, they gave me spoiled chicken. Figured we’d give them a second chance.. 2nd time they gave me half my groceries (forgetting the other half) and half of someone else’s. Manager in grocery pick up was rude and stated she isn’t sure if she can give me a refund for the items I was missing.. sent someone out with my ‘correct’ groceries, just to still have items missing. Don’t shop here. They are rude, and slacking in the customer service department.

Made the age old mistake of shopping hungry!
The deli people were fairly friendly & helpful
Most all of the shelves were fully stocked
Checkout was only mildly painful this time
