When I'm paying $13.49 lb for lunch meat and I ask for it shaved I should be able to get it shaved not sliced thin last time spending any money at Kroger's I'll stick with Walmart

Access is not equitable. Sometimes prices are marked, sometimes they are not. Digital coupons are unreliable. Sometimes they work, sometimes they don't. If they don't, the employees have NO solution and are often rude and blame the customer. Today, it was a "corporate issue". Over the years, I have seen occasional efforts to improve customer service, but they don't seem to be successful. Although they care a few products I like, I purchase as few items at the store as possible.

Krogers charged my card for a curbside order. They canceled the order then deleted it. A month later they are still giving me the run around. They basically stole my money and told me call the card company about it. I will NEVER shop at Kroger’s again. They did this before but gave me a refund. They suck and don’t care about their customers.

Your store in Southgate is the worst I’ve ever been to!! Three. Other ladies and I had to stand around and wait for somebody to come around for customer service. Then so-called manager of customer service she came around very rude unprofessional lady came I was there to pick up money through Ria. She caused me so much hassle made me stand there for an hour and a half to go through my paperwork my app And a gentleman came and did it within three minutes. Then A lot of the employees there are so rude to customers while I was there six people come up and complained about cashiers that’s ridiculous. It’s so unprofessional and you treat us like we are beneath you and trash. No wonder I prefer Meijer’s over Kroger‘s. I do not like being treated like trash unprofessional. At Meijer they treat me very professionally , friendly. always there to help me with whatever I need whether I need it or not they’re always there to ask me if I need help or not. You store in Southgate Michigan Michigan is the worst ever and I will never go to another Kroger‘s in my life!!!!!!! They are so unprofessional at Kroger‘s you need to teach your employees to be friendly, professional, respectful, not look down on people and treat them poorly were the ones that make your store.

Was forced to use self check out which I've never done.The girl showed me once how to use it but I still struggled she stood there with her arms folded and gave me a hard time if I did it wrong. Absolutely refused to help me.Manager came over also refused to help and gave me a hard time and told me not to come back. I will never step foot in any Kroger again.

Wow the reviews I’ve been reading are concerning and I think that goes for “Kroger” in general to get with the times and stand by what you honor in your advertisements. I went to visit the Kroger on Livernois in Troy today and noticed a sale item that is buy 5 save $5. There were 12 items left on the shelf and I wanted more. I’m the kind of person that stocks up to prevent frequent trips to the store, however asking for a rain check was a big issue here and the inexperienced employee behind the customer service desk told me that since I purchased some of these items today I couldn’t have a rain check. So the manager was called and manager said the same thing. What the hell is the purpose of a rain check for then if you don’t give them out when item is out of stock. I left the store in a bad mood and no one stopped me to make things right. You know what Kroger…middle fingers to you! We can’t get a deal unless we clip your damn coupon on the app, even though we are Kroger customers and spend a ton of money in your stores! I will start shopping at Meijers and Target from now on and give them all my money because they know the true meaning of a valued customer unlike your self checkouts that greet us with “welcome Kroger valued customer” which is a bunch of garbage if you ask me.

Dear Kroger Management,I am writing to provide feedback on my recent experiences at your grocery store on South Canton Ctr. Rd., Canton, Michigan. I hope this review will be useful in improving the service quality for all customers.First, I've noticed a recurring issue with customer service. The staff often seems overwhelmed, leading to longer wait times and a lack of assistance in the aisles. This can be particularly challenging for customers who need help with finding products or have specific queries.Additionally, the stock levels at this and your location on Michigan Ave. are consistently inadequate. Popular items are frequently out of stock, and there seems to be a delay in restocking essential goods. This causes inconvenience and forces customers to visit multiple stores or switch to competitors for their needs.Lastly, the apparent lack of adequate staffing is a concern. The limited number of employees available in the store at any given time seems to contribute to the first two issues - poor service and inadequate stock. More staff on the floor, particularly during peak hours, could greatly enhance the shopping experience by ensuring timely assistance and efficient restocking of goods.I believe that addressing these issues will significantly improve the shopping experience at Kroger. Your stores have always been a go-to for many customers, and I am confident that with these adjustments, Kroger can regain its reputation for convenience and quality service.Thank you for considering this feedback.

I have been getting prescriptions from the Jackson Michigan location for a few years. little by little they got worse and worse, so I pulled most of my prescriptions but I had one left. I called two days ago to have it refilled. it was supposed to be ready yesterday on Saturday. I came today at 12:45 and once again the prescription is not ready. I explained to the woman it was supposed to be ready yesterday and how long would it take her to fill it because I had to go to work. she said about 20 minutes. I said okay then she said oh but remember we close for lunch and so we won't be able to get it ready until after that. long story short, I am done with Kroger's. they're pharmacists are rude. it doesn't matter if you call your prescription and ahead of time. it's not done. done with Kroger's. we have jobs also. we also have things to do. it's not a rare prescription. it's not a hard to get prescription. she says we're running in a day and a half late. then you know what Kroger company get up off your butt. hire some people. do what you need to do. this is not the way you keep a thriving business going

I used to shop at Kroger since a child with my family then as a adult until I became disabled The store is NOT disabled friendly The electric carts won't work in parking g lots it is difficult to get into all the coolers Too many displays I aisles Often no checkout with cashiers It is so sad I feel Kroger does not want disabled customers

Assistant store manager Turkessa Coleman is rude and unprofessional. A woman in your store accused me of sexual harassment and stalking. Turkessa ran over and immediately started barking at me and wouldn't let me speak. She wouldn't let us look at the cameras and when I finally provided proof that I was innocent, she dropped the accusations but refused to apologize for the scene she caused. Took my commercial business to your competitors where their managers are not barbarians.

Can I ask why no Kroger in the metro Detroit area has an open service desk at 5pm? I called 3 of them and NONE had an open service desk, n rarely do, wich is why I call ahead. The one place even told me it was open till 8:00 but when I got there at 530, closed. Very aggravating, I'm DONE with stupid Kroger, guess y'all don't care if everyone goes to ur competitors ?♂️

Before begining my Complaint, I would like to recognize the exeptional customer service from the cashiers and baggers/stockers at my Local store in AlgonacI walked in to a stench yesterday 9/12/23. The baskets were All full of liter, which should be removed upon collecting. There was garbage all over the ground both inside the entrance area and creeping into the actual store and outside. It is an embarasment to our community. We have a predominant elderly community that have no choice as to where they must shop and it is unfortunate for anyone to have to experiance such disregaurd., as for me, I will go elsewhere if this problem is not adressed.Also I'm very concerned with the elderly folks missing out on savings from the digital coupons, most don't even use a smart phone. And not everyone has someone to help them. Why can't they just get the savings from the kroger card?
