You have nice employees. That’s basically it at this point. Very high prices and You can’t blame inflation when a person can save 20% by going to a competitor. Also competitors have a much better and higher quality selection of meats. The quality of Kroger steaks and chicken has gone down so much over the past few years. I recently started shopping elsewhere and I’ve never been so happy about my grocery purchases. There are only a very few things I could specifically find at Kroger… Murray’s feta, boars head deli meat, hearty options of rye bread, and the private selection angus brisket (which I can’t even find anymore). Y’all have officially lost one of your very regular customers.

I cannot believe this terrible customer service and terrible worker base they have. Worker did not call me for delivery. Did not follow any instructions or knock or alert they were here. Order was marked delivered just for us to never see a truck or kroger driver come to our door with the groceries we need for 4 children. The only reason I even did an online order was because my vehicle is stalled at the moment so I depended on what's supposed to be one of michigans greatest places to shop and trust and now I'm here panicking on what to do with no food within a house of 6 people. Again including 4 CHILDREN. and now I'm expected to wait 2 to 7 days for my refund? Every other company in the world can push for same day transfers and refunds. My love and trust for kroger is no more. This company can do so much better for how many years of operation they have on the table. Didn't even take a picture of the home?? Every other delivery system is forced to take pictures. Scandalous and deviant

I drove to your store on south merriman Road in Westland to cash in a $50 dollar lottery ticket and shop. Imagine my surprise when I was told I have to come back later because the only person in the whole store that could help me was on a register. Well I’m not coming back to take the chance of it happening again. I can buy a ticket from you but I can’t cash it in. I’m sure the lottery department would love to hear you don’t have people to run their machines. Maybe they will take away license.

Kroger sells so much bad meats. It's a challenge to get a sale price with the stupid malfunction of the online crap to clip. And the there's long lines to take back bad items. Rude employee in a manager position. U suck .

After testing + for Covid my Dr wrote RX for Paxlovid and I confirmed my insurance covered it. I went to my in network pharmacy Kroger and the pharmacist insisted my insurance wouldn't cover. He claimed it isn't just me, he hasn't been able to fill anyone's unless they call Pfizer for financial assistance. I don't need financial assistance. I had the CS rep from insurance co call him to say it was fully covered zero copay and he still refused to fill it. After going in circles for hours I went to Walgreens and had them transfer the RX and it was filled within the hour, no co-pay. Something is wrong with their computer system or with this Troy MI pharmacist at Long Lake and Livernois! I have filed my concerns with the corporate office to hopefully resolve this inability to fill Paxlovid so others don't experience this.

After reading over 10 reviews that were all 1 star I shocked alot of Kroger are still in business . A few weeks ago I was in the store. While in the store the power went out due to Bad weather which is understandable cause that's out their control.The thing that made my experience terrible was Because I had small backpack purse I was told that I m in here and have been watching on cameras due they thought I was stealing. I walk was Home from work
This was the location at 39950 haggety road. Now mind this all happened wow the power was out and the man was accusing was super loud .To point I know other could hear him. And I was told that had to search though my bag . Which is super unprofessional. This should been handled in an more professional way .

The Kroger, on Michigan Avenue in Ypsilanti does not even rank in the top 20 of surveys of best to worse Kroger’s how fair is it that , Kroger would think that people in That neighborhood or community don’t care about the food that you are selling, or the appearance of the store. kroger has been price gouging since Covid. if it’s the managers that don’t care about the community, they that they serve then they don’t deserve the customers that go. The corporate office needs to come down and visit that store and see if they would shop there or send their family members. If not, then don’t give it to the community..

I've about had it with shopping at the Michigan Ave store westland. I know marijuana is legal but no one should have to smell it on your employees while shopping. Funny how you don't smell it from the other Kroger's I've gone to or Walmart. Just this store. You shouldn't be smoking on your break if you are going to go back in to work save it for home....

I would like to know why Kroger store at Cherry Hill and merriman has stopped selling Velvet peanut butter? It's made locally in Livonia you think you would want to sell a product that's made here in Michigan. It needs to be brought back and sold in the store

Whatever they change in the BIG K cola 12 pack cans it is terrible now, no fizz like it use to be very flat, been buying it for years but I will not buy it anymore.TERRIBLE!!!!

the customer care at the Kroger Sterling Heights Dequindre and Longlake took 25 mins to service a client coz all she did was chat , chat without considering that there is a long line behind this guy, too much waiting time

Kroger at Dequindre and 18 Mile is staffing incompetent and illiterate fools. Pharmacy is useless and when you show 3 hours after a doctor called in PAIN medicine they still haven’t started the order and tell you come back later because they are going to lunch in 20 minutes. They should have offered to immediately fill since they did have 20 minutes before lunch break. When you voice displeasure and say you will take business elsewhere they just shrug. No comment. No apology. No fix. When you call the store to issue complaint they don’t know which store number they are and hang up on you. When you call corporate office you get transferred to voice mail. On top of all of this the pharmacy drive thru isn’t staffed well and there was a long queue of cars just waiting for someone to come to the window. I sat a good 10-15 mins when I pulled up. Take business elsewhere and avoid this poorly managed location.
