I am always pleased with this pharmacy. They work very hard and are so efficient. Thank you to the amazing pharmacist today on Mon jan 22 and the other woman working. I needed help with a new medication and I left feeling very secure in knowing what to do. Also there was a very kind man waiting who was so patient. Thanks Kroger Novi pharmacy ?

Very poor customer service!! We asked for help and were ignored. A man at the service desk/lotto area told us he was busy and did not seek out another worker to help us!Also, the Citizens Bank ATM in this Kroger is very inconvenient! It has a virtual teller and it takes longer to deal with that compared to a regular ATM. There are regular Citizens Bank ATMs at CVS stores. Another Yelper posted about the spoiled meat. That photo of the brownish colored meat is disgusting!I will not return to this Kroger.

Used to love this location but has certainly gone downhill. Can't get deli offerings or fresh seafood. Have to choose precut/prepackaged which often appears undesirable. They often run out of sale items before the busy weekend, 3 days into the sale. Who is charge of ordering? Some nice employees, but others are less than helpful and rude. Greatly prefer the Kroger on ten mile even though it's less convenient. Sad.

Absolutely terrible experience here! :/ My mom stopped in to get her two prescriptions three days ago. The pharmacist said they didn’t have anything ready for her. I called two days ago and whoever answered the phone said she had two prescriptions waiting for my mom. Today, after confirming on Thursday, we stopped and she said she had nothing ready for my mom again. This is 1) despite me calling and her telling me they were ready and 2) my mom receiving an automated call from Kroger saying there were prescriptions ready for pick up. These experiences are extremely frustrating and we will be moving my moms prescriptions elsewhere!

Blames cell phone carriers for not calling or texting you when your script is ready. Doesn't call you when your script has to be ordered or there's a problem with the insurance. Constantly takes 1 week to 3 months to fill a single script. I'm tired of guessing. I just want my medicine. If you can't fill it in under a week tell me I'll go somewhere else.

I have been using this pharmacy for 8 years. We are moving and I will miss the friendly staff and exceptional service! Tina is a wonderful, knowledgeable pharmacist and always has a smile on her face ready to greet you. If you are looking for a new pharmacy…. This is the place!

Painfully understaffed. Been using the pharmacy for the last year before we gave up. Phatmacists are working non stop but simply cannot keep up with the endless lines of customers that also get frustrated due to wait times and confusion. A Lose lose situation for all. Multiple pharmacies around with better wait times. Good luck!

Just wanted to put a shout out to the Kroger associates who work the Kroger Pickup program! You people have been amazing since this whole pandemic started! When I was having issues getting used to wearing a mask without having a panic attack, there you were...shopping my list and bringing my groceries to my truck with a smile. Even though so me of my items were not available at times, you always managed to find a comparable replacement. When I had last minute shopping to do after work, and just didn't want to deal with a mask...there you were.....bringing my groceries to my trunk. For a while there it was very difficult to get a time slot for pick up and I had to try another stores program, let's just say I won't ever stray for Kroger again! You rock! Keep it up! And thanks for keeping things feeless for now!

Leslie at your deli counter is the sweetest most efficient person ever. I love coming to see her and appreciate her hard work and effort. I trust that my deli meat is cut just the way I like and I love she always gives me a sample to make sure I love the meats I'm getting. I only get my deli meat from this location. I will return because of her. You better keep this lovely lady! Amazing service. Also she recommended the Boars Head Hawaii chicken and it has become my favorite! She clearly knows the products she recommends. LOVE this deli counter.

Based off of my personal experience and having been a shopper at Kroger for over 15 years...I'm done! The produce sucks and is the most costly when you shop there. I just bought strawberries and corn amongst other things and overnight my strawberries turned moldy and the smell of the pre-cut corn was vinegar, later I went in for some oranges for a snack but those were hard and sour and have clearly been frozen for a extended period of time. I have produce from competitors in my fridge that that are lasting longer. The 10 for 10 deal doesn't work for me anymore I'd rather spend the extra knowing that my produce will last a few days in the fridge....do your own experiment and you will see their produce is low quality. For now on I'll take the extra 4 minutes driving down the road to get my groceries. I posted some pictures I don't have the strawberries because I like to dispose of mold when I see it. Also this review is my first and out of frustration of having spent thousands of dollars and have continually been let down by a corporation you reach a breaking point and I'm done you aren't getting my $
