I can't recall how long we've been with the Faber Agency but we've stayed with them for a reason; incredible customer service by the entire staff! Claims and problems are handled promptly and with care. They make "doing business" a pleasure which is not always easy in the insurance world. Highly recommend!

Had a bad claim situation and Kristin did nothing to assist. Her idea of customer service is to send canned emails every six months and not defend you to the main Allstate claims department.

I had Allstate for 15 years , 5 months ago added a driver and vehicle to my policy and have been paying full coverage for the last 5 months. Unfortunately had someone hit our vehicle and due to Kristen Faber negligence on not properly adding the vehicle and driver to the policy correctly we now have a damaged vehicle that cannot be fixed. I do not recommend Allstate insurance, hard to believe they will take your money for full coverage and find out that you are not covered due to the agent not properly adding the driver and vehicle. Horrible customer service. They don't even deserve a one star Kristen you were informed about the vehicle and the driver, as all insurance agents are when a new vehicle and driver are added to a policy. You did not add the driver. This is your negligence.

Thank you for deceiving us with our policy, we have been with you for 15 years and never expected your negligence in such a small claim. Thank you for taking advantage of us for all this time, not really! Consumers beware of this agency. They are shysty and deceiving!!! This is a one-star rating. I wish I could give it a zero!!!
