Major shout out to the ladies at Kate Spade 12 Oaks mall!As a guy buying bags for my wife I am clueless. The staff here is fun, engaging and down to earth. Compared to other Kate Spade locations (Briarwood/Somerset) which are downright snobby and have a museum feel to them.Went in with intent to buy one bag, we left with two and a matching wallet. That’s the result of good retail service.

Tried to return a wallet that was purchased on December 17th. We were over the 30 days for a return by just 3 days. I understand the policy but it seems strange that the normal return process is the same at Christmas time!! Will no longer shop at Kate Spade.

The associates are very arrogant, I came to pickup gift box from my online order and purchase dashcund crossbody from that store. The store associate gave me a rude attitude and tells me the box is $6, and she wants to know if I purchased a full price Kate Spade. I showed her the total of my purchases, she gave the tiny box and I asked for bigger one and she just handed out to me without saying anything. I was going to purchase more crossbody and dresses for the holiday party but because of her attitude, she just made a BIG, BIIIIG MISTAKE....... Somerset mall Kate Spade that will get my business.

Nicole - is excellent. She was patient and she helped me exchange an item without the paper copy of the receipt (using phone number). She not for once was negative about helping me. However, there was another older associate who wasn’t helpful and she declined to help me. But Nicole was helpful and she did took the warranty claim. Also, there was another associate on the phone earlier who was also extremely helpful and nice, she assured me that they will take the warranty claim and even exchange the item. Impressed by these two store associates service.

This store is everything! I originally yes heard about them because of the Tiktok Advertisement I saw! It looked so cute with Beautiful Girlies sharing their Kate Spade goodies. I decided I was going to make a video too because I am a s***** for Ads that are fun & quirky in a good way! This was my first time coming to a high end purse and jewelry kind of store besides Coach! I got a purse with them once! I love shopping nice places once in a while as a treat! I got a Beautiful Pendant Necklace that had a 'H' engraved on it which my husband chose because it stands for Hunt well we think so anyway! It was perfect and a great price! Plus they gave us a discount for my husband for being a Veteran so that was a perk especially since it was Veteran's Day or around that day! I left so happy with my purchase and I made such a cute video wearing my special Treasure! I was in cloud nine! I will definitely be back because I have to get one of those purses I had been eye balling! They definitely pull of a Look just based on what kind of accessories you have! I can tell the products are definitely of high quality and make a woman feel super luxurious and special and that makes me feel my most Beautiful!! I have worn this necklace multiple times so far which is impressive for me since I don't wear Jewelry often! It really says a lot to me! It's light weight and just adds something chic to any Girl's Style! This location was very clean, customer service was Top Notch and I really enjoyed my visit! It's a quaint little boutique but be careful because for us it was hidden! We had to have a mall employee tell us where it was located by! It's a Gem that can get overlooked if you're not looking for it but when you enter, it's Just Perfect!!

Associates are always friendly and cheerful. Nicole assisted me with a price adjustment on a dress I bought and was prompt, super friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend shopping here.

I called the store and the store leader Maria was super helpful. I was chasing after an item that I ordered from the website that was cancelled on me for poor reasons and the Kate Spade website didn't do anything to reach out to me to resolve the issue. The item was sold out when I tried to reorder and the phone support and chat support was not helpful.
Fortunately called this store as a second attempt to see if they will have it. The Somerset didn't have it. The manager understood what the situation was and was very patient to making sure it could be purchased.

Great customer service! I’ll definitely stop by again when I’m in the area. The ladies went above and beyond and I definitely spent more than what I initially came in for but I’m ok with that when I get good customer service.
