When I picked up the bras I ordered the salesperson was great Pleasant kind and I tried one of my bras on it was so soft and comfortable and very satisfied with my bras.

Came here to look for Rod pocket curtain panels but all I saw were Grommet topped curtain panels.

Clothing looks old and outdated. No one to ask for help. The bedding is old and outdated as well. No one wants floral printed comforters like a great grandma had anymore.

I LOVE this store and have been a customer of jcp my entire adult life, but there are never adequate cashiers per customers on either floors. I recently went over the Christmas holiday season, several times, 2nd floor not one cashier to assist on the floor so you have to go back to 1st floor and bother those only 2 cashiers who already have a long line

Felicia in the Jewelry department was very helpful, kind, and courteous when I needed help selecting a ring. She took the time to help me select the correct size and described the benefits of the JCPenney care plan as well. I have purchased jewelry from JCPenney in the past and the staff have always made it a point to make sure all of my questions were answered and made the experience a positive one. I highly recommend the jewelry department at the JCPenney Novi store.

The customer service is just flat out bad. I need to exchange a pair of shoes for a different size. The online chat is useless. It is a shoe that they don't carry in store. They direct you to call the store, so I did. The woman told me "to just come in to exchange it". THE ITEM IS NOT SOLD IN STORES. I did ship to store through their website. Then she puts me on hold to never come back to the line and the line eventually times out to a voicemail to leave a message.Why is the exchange process so difficult? If someone places an order online, it should be as simple as them sending the new item to the store, and then you bringing the item you are exchanging to the store when the new one arrives. What is so difficult about this? They have great deals but the fact that you can't get anyone to do their job (initiate an exchange for an item not in stock at the store), is absolutely ridiculous and makes me not want to shop there.
