The building is truly stunning and boasts excellent amenities, including the presence of a helpful representative named Tony. However, despite scheduling my appointment well in advance, I was disappointed by the lengthy wait time for service. Upon arrival, I was informed that it would be a full week before my vehicle could be diagnosed. And that was spot on because the diagnosis did ultimately take another week, leaving me uncertain as to when I might expect to receive my Jaguar back. While impressive facilities are certainly appealing, the true measure of any business is the quality of its customer service. In my case it was poor.

I cannot recommend the brand. The dealership is great to work with , but I can’t recommend Jaguar Land Rover. This is my first Land Rover , but I owned 3 jaguars previously. The problem is , a few weeks after I bought the car I got a stone chip in the windshield. After SIX MONTHS , NO ONE can get a new windshield. Not the dealer. The dealer told me there were two in stock , one spoken for and the other they tagged for me. We set up an appointment and a loaner for when it came in. I got a call , for some reason now they can’t get that one. So i tried the glass shops to see if they can get it. Not Safelite. Not Glass America. They are unavailable Nationwide , and i have ordered 2 from overseas, and nothing. Now, The dealer wants $2700 up front to order it , since this is different then when they thought they had one for me, now it’s a special order from the UK so i have to pay up front…..which I would gladly do if i was sure I would get it soon. I have full OEM Glass Coverage , so I would get reimbursed , but I’m not going to shell out nearly three thousand dollars if they have no clue when i will get my glass !! Technically I shouldn’t be driving the car with glass as bad as mine , but i have had the crack all the way across the windshield nearly as long as i have owned the car.

My experience at Land Rover of Novi was phenomenal. When purchasing an SUV such as a Range Rover, I expect to have utmost service and dedication. All questions were answered, concerns were addressed and confidence strengthened regarding my decision to pursue this car. The team at JLR of Novi delivered! I can't say enough great things about Tony Malouf, Robbie Ghanem and David Abou-Ali! Thank you all for the process of getting my dream car! See you in a few years for the full electric version :)

Decided to buy a car spur of the moment. Wayne and Robbie made the entire process seamless. Wayne is the epitome of what a great salesperson should be; accommodating, knowledgeable, caring and most importantly honest. He was happy to answer all of my questions at anytime. Robbie handled all of my paperwork and made sure I understood everything before signing off on it. They are even sending someone to my house next week to program my garage to open through my new Jaguar F-Pace. This entire experience was awesome! I’m not even sure what Lenore does, but she came over to introduce herself and made sure I had everything I needed! The staff here are second to none! They made me green tea, got me water and snacks and the process didn’t even take long because Wayne got me approved over the phone! My next car will definitely be purchased here! My experience at Land Rover in Novi has been GREAT!I reached out to Ted Sims because I was referred to him.When I first reached out I wanted to lease a Evoque back in December of 22. The numbers weren't affordable at the time so I told Ted I would check back in with him.After reaching out a couple more times, Ted finally found a deal for me!This is my first Luxury car and Ted made me feel like I was family. Doing what he could to make this deal work within my budget and dealing with my nonsense, HAHA!When picking up the car, he had it all set up in a private show room for me with A BOW AND CHAMPAGNE!Loved this experience and referring all of my family and friends to him!Thanks Ted!!
