Jaguar Land Rover of Novi is without a doubt the best place to purchase a vehicle from, also to go to get serviced, they have just the best outstanding amazing customer service you will ever come across, with an amazing high level of information and knowledge about all of their vehicles they service and have in their inventory. Johnny Manoviec is my favorite service advisor, he is always very accommodating and accurate with my needs for service. Great smile and character, always polite and extremely helpful. Above and beyond every time this young man does wonders for his customers. The whole entire staff that I’ve came into contact with at this dealership deserves 10 stars. Go here and do yourself a favor and purchase a vehicle from here. They will take great care of you before and after purchase. Special shout out to the entire team at Jaguar Land Rover Novi.

In July purchased a F Pace SVR with the CPO protection and balance of warranty remaining, developed a engine coolant leak and although it took over 3 weeks to get the warranty appointment (mainly due to loaner car availability, so I partially understand) turned out it was the auxiliary radiator that was leaking which they stated was caused by a stone flying up and it was not covered by warranty and it will cost $1441 to replace - so much for bumper to bumper warranty and peace of mind coverage - I did request the radiator so I can get it independently checked. That was not the real driving factor for the 1 star rating it is the feeling of them piling on the misery by sending me a report of immediate action required and to approve via text for a brake fluid flush and a power steering flush totally nearly another $500 - I checked the Jaguar website for recommendations for these service and found that it was 3 years or 36000 miles - I had a brake fluid flush 6000 miles previously and power steering flush 14,000 miles previously and both services performed at this dealership - I rejected the services and requested copies of the test results that determined the need for these services which they could not provide - be careful at this dealership - I will also be escalating this issue as I am truly disappointed in what I feel was a blatant attempt to rip me off

My experience at Land Rover of Novi was phenomenal. When purchasing an SUV such as a Range Rover, I expect to have utmost service and dedication. All questions were answered, concerns were addressed and confidence strengthened regarding my decision to pursue this car. The team at JLR of Novi delivered! I can't say enough great things about Tony Malouf, Robbie Ghanem and David Abou-Ali! Thank you all for the process of getting my dream car! See you in a few years for the full electric version :)

My experience at Land Rover in Novi has been GREAT!I reached out to Ted Sims because I was referred to him.When I first reached out I wanted to lease a Evoque back in December of 22. The numbers weren't affordable at the time so I told Ted I would check back in with him.After reaching out a couple more times, Ted finally found a deal for me!This is my first Luxury car and Ted made me feel like I was family. Doing what he could to make this deal work within my budget and dealing with my nonsense, HAHA!When picking up the car, he had it all set up in a private show room for me with A BOW AND CHAMPAGNE!Loved this experience and referring all of my family and friends to him!Thanks Ted!!

If I could give this dealership 0 stars I would. If you did not purchase directly from this location please don't bother going into their service department. The service supervisor was very rude and asked me " Why didn't you take you vehicle to the Troy Location because now I'm trying to clean up their mess". I was told that it would take 30 minutes to change the tire and after 2 hours I was sent home with a spare because they discovered they ordered the wrong size tire. I was very uncomfortable with being there alone as a woman with a man speaking to me in that fashion and would not recommend anyone support this location unless you want horrible service.
