I came in with a torn hamstring from pickleball and was having difficulty moving, walking, sitting, everything. I progressed through rehabilitation with my therapist Steven Hartong. He and the staff provided amazing therapy, support, and flexibility in my treatment. I am fully recovered and extremely grateful for their care. Highly recommend!

I want to thank the trainer Stevin who does his job very well, he is a very knowledgeable trainer and also loves his job. I got a good result thanks to the therapy and skillful hands. I am happy to recommend the therapy in this institution. The specialists do their work with satisfaction and have a good attitude towards patients .

5 Stars for Ivy Rehab Novi! Used Ivy to rehab my shoulder after rotator cuff surgery. The staff was always extremely knowledgeable, friendly and , professional. The equipment and facility are clean and well maintained. Steve was terrific as my therapist...I would highly recommend Ivy Rehab in Novi.

My experiences with Ivy Rehab Novi have been very positive. I found the staff to be very professional, knowledgeable and truly concerned about my health. I especially enjoyed Steve the director of the center. He was able to prescribe precise exercises and therapy which allowed me to walk again independently. There were many take home activities which further helped me to recover quickly.The receptionist Abby was always courteous and greeted everyone with a smile. The clients temperatures were taken upon arrival and Covid procedures were adhered to. The center and equipment was cleaned immediately after a clients contact which is critical during Covid. The location was convenient to my doctors offices.I truly felt I was given the highest standard of rehabilitation services. If I was a physical therapist this is the place I would want to work!Thank you, Ivy Rehab Novi for a job well done!!!

I have received Physical Therapy twice now from Ivy Rehab. Once from shoulder surgery and recently for lower back pain. I have to report that Abby, Sydney and Steve are excellent at their jobs. My back is so much better than when I began going there.They are all very nice, caring, professional and always had my best interest at heart. I treated with Steve (Dr. Hartong) during my time at Ivy Rehab for a variety of injuries related to being struck as a pedestrian by a vehicle. I was pleased with the facility, their business operation (i.e. billing expertise, tech systems, response time) and most-impressed by the level of education and care displayed by the PT team. Steve truly has a heart for excellence in getting his patients in the best shape possible and I'd certainly recommend treating w/him at this facility.

I've been dealing with chronic lower back pain, often debilitating, for over five years now. After only one week at Ivy, my pain decreased by almost 80% and it has only been getting better. All of the Ivy Rehab Novi team is immensely knowledgeable and shows genuine care for their patients. Rich in particular has been very helpful to not only build my body back up, but help with the mental struggles that can go along with that. Thank you Rich and Ivy Rehab for your help!

The therapists have been nothing but wonderful. Although my journey has been long and tiresome, the staff has been supportive and encouraging about my healing process. They stay positive, even when I can be stubborn. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me and will continue to do.

I paid a co-pay on EVERY visit there. More than 2 years later I started receiving a bill for $225. I explained that I paid every time I went. They actually sent me to collections for the $225 and still cannot explain how I have a balance after all this time.

I've had a great experience here! The therapists are outstanding. I came in with some neck pain, and I am currently in no pain. Steve and Rich are very intelligent. Super friendly staff, and the patients are friendly as well. I will definitely be back if I ever need physical therapy again. Highly recommend. The front desk is also awesome (:

Dr. Kelkar who did my spine surgery preferred me to Ivy Rehab in Novi.I feel like family there. Everyone works there are very nice and friendly. I went to 2 others PT before I go to Ivy Rehab and I like Ivy Rehab the best. They will try to work out your schedule with you and their technics are very different but work very well. I went there only 1 month and I have felt a whole lot better. Every therapist there is very good and professional but I like the same person work out for me every time I go there, therefore I scheduled with Steven. Steven is so good. He has always tried his best to ease my pain.Any way, you will be happy and you will feel much better and less pain each time you go there.
