One of the best places to spend time, to swim, to play and walk around for relaxation, exercise,etc. Nicely maintained to suit from children upto senior citizens. Worth visiting.Enjoy.

It is a beautiful community. But, life is made miserable by too many rules that you get fined for about not allowing hammocks, basketball hoops, fire pits etc.. all the while, when there have been real issues like a flooded basement or trees overhanging your property after a windy week and many fallen trees in the backyard, management shirks responsibility for maintaining and safeguarding the exterior (even though it is in their contract). Always a pain going back and forth for months to get them to do anything. They only care about appearances around the front of the building, and do their best to take no responsibility for real safety concerns. Absolute shame.

My proud community where I live! The Island Lake, with 170 acres water surface area, is perfect for fishing (catch and release only), kayaking and boating. The well maintained walking trail around the lake is about 4 miles, suitable for whole day. Don’t miss the sunset view from east side of the lake off Wixom Road.

Beautifully landscaped community for folks in Novi, Detroit. Has a large lake with a beach for the members to relax at. They also have a club house with a very well maintained pool for all residents to use. The houses are large and well planned. Great community for middle class folks to bring up their kids in
