Dr Grose and PA Schram are both caring, friendly, and good health care professionals. 5 stars for them and the desk staff. However, when Park Family Practice changed to Ascension there is now no way to know their open hours, which are no longer normal business hours. Hours are not listed on any website and are not even mentioned in the automated message when I call by phone. While the Ascension site says that an appointment can be made online, this is not true, as it directs the person to call the office to make an appointment. Last, now they no longer allow for a patient to leave a voicemail. Nobody answers the phone during a lengthy lunch break and at random closing times early in the afternoon. 1 star for Ascension's (and possibly the office manager's) sad attempt at customer care and poor changes that have been made. These items need to be fixed for the sake of your patients, as the frustration makes me consider choosing a new practice and leads to an overall poor experience. If you read these posts, would you please improve these issues now?

My kids and I have been going to Park Family Practice for 18 years. Dr. Glenn Taylor is our physician, but everyone there, doctors and staff, are amazing!

I have been with this practice for years and very upset with the treatment given to us in December of 2019. By the time it was my son's turn to check in at the front desk we were 10 minutes late(two other patients in front us to check in). I wa told we would have to reschedule( it was my son's appt and he literally was in the elevator coming up as I was checking him in) I told her my son deals with depression and it reaLly imperative he have this appooinent but I thought he needed a change in hIs medicine.. She claimed to have asked his dr and he refused to see him. Needless to say I am pulling out my whole family from the practice that my husband I have been with for 10 years. I find this being late(10minutes) a joke to reschedule an appointment when patients have to wait for a much longer time in the waiting room and then in the examine room. The receptionist was rude and not consoderate at all. And when I spoke with another lady a few weeks later she said you would get back to me to figure out what happened on their end. Still waiting to hear from her.

Dr. Barad is the worst physician I've EVER dealt with. She is not knowledgeable and has failed consistently with listening to my health concerns. She has a cold heart and WILL NOT help in any emergency situation. She will ignore you. Do yourself a favor and see someone who actually cares if you live. I hope her customer service improves once she sees this.

My physician was fine, no complaint. The service in this facility however is horrible. All i needed was my physical form verified and signed and they told me that they can't scan to email the form back. They suggested that I get the physical copy or have it faxed to me. Those are the only options, they can't scan and email. This tells me that this place is outdated and because of my frustration I'm leaving this place.

I called to set up an appointment. I was on hold for 20 minutes. When someone finally did answer, they were very condescending and rude. It felt like I was inconveniencing them by calling. After about three minutes on the phone, I knew this wasn't the right place. Rude front office staff is usually indicative of a toxic culture. Are the Doctors setting that kind of tone and the front office thinks that's now acceptable? I won't be taking my family there.

By far one of the worst experiences of my life! I am a patient who has a severe medical condition related to my stomach. A couple months ago i was also diagnosed with blood clots in my lungs, and so the doctors put me on blood thinners. Recently my stomach doctor noticed that i was showing high enzyme activity in my intestines, and wanted to conduct a procedure requiring anesthesia. Because i was also on blood thinners they required Dr. Boomer @ Infinity Primary Care to clear me for the anesthesia so the hospital could conduct this procedure. I was a little late to my appointment with Dr. Boomer, and his office manager "Tina" (blonde older lady) decided that the practice would not see me and i would need to reschedule. She had no regard for the life threatening emergency i was in, and that i needed to see Dr. Boomer to be cleared. She made me reschedule the appointment for 2 weeks later, and this is going to cause me to miss my critical medical procedure. Thank you Tina and Infinity Primary Care for your complete disregard of my life, and health condition. As medical professionals you should never turn away patients with life threatening conditions, and work to support and treat your patients. Needless to say; I will be finding another practice that actually cares for their patients.

As a new patient, I was impressed with the caring and competent staff at IPC Park Family Practice. They were helpful, kind, and quick. I was seen at my appointment time without waiting. The nurse and doctor took the time to explain the clinic's processes and made me feel welcome. Dr. Nicole Rothenberg was great. She explained everything to me, took plenty of time with me, and I feel very confident that she will be an excellent doctor who will keep on top of my results and health. Overall, a great first experience!
