Great experiences every time I go there. Dr Parrinello is awesome. No problems with scheduling appointments. It's easier on the online portal. Staff is friendly. Thank you, recommend!

Called to cancel appointment. 1 month later received a $50 bill for the appointment I had canceled. After calling again to remind them of my call to cancel they still said I owed. Now they have falsely reported to collections. I would stay far away from this facility. I am in disbelief, but don’t give them any personal information. They can not be trusted.

My husband went to the Novi Family care in providence yesterday. They didn’t close the waiting area, anyone can go inside and once he checked in, he was sitting there with 3 or 4 other patients. And they didn’t inform him that he needed to make appointment with the lab for blood work. So he was fasting for 12 hours and was not able to have blood works without appointment. Luckily the lab worker heard him and let him in.Dr. Boomer is great but the whole opertation of this clinic is not good.

I have made 3 to 4 calls a week for the last 3 weeks and cannot seem to get a hold of anybody, or get a call back for the messages I was able to send. I cannot scheudle a visit with my normal doc as they do not show up on the list. I will be moving to a new doctor as I can no longer put this off.

As a patron for over 20 years, it pains me to write this review. I believe that I am an individual who requires little medical attention for my age and I try to avoid the physician's office as much as possible. When however I am ill or injured, I expect to be given due attention to my expressed concerns as there certainly is no shortage of attention put towards the billing side of the house.Over recent years I feel that attention to my expressed symptoms have been dismissed, minimized, and in some cases even blown off all together. It has become all but stated that my diagnostic wishes are inconsequential if they fall outside of the accepted insurance parameters (I have EXCELLENT insurance). My visits have reached the point where I feel that they serve no purpose other than to permit physician billing- and to then be told essentially to go home and wait it out. I feel that what they consider a "physical" is barely more than a temperature check and a blood draw. Virtually nothing is done, and it's a complete waste of time.As of late there has apparently been a realignment, or purchase of the practice. Actually reaching a human being now is literally almost impossible. Between being left on hold for insanely long periods of time, to have the system drop your call after aforementioned wait timed, one can only be left to believe that their patronage is not in the least bit appreciated.I'd seriously evaluate if this is the place that you want to attach yourself to. I know that I am definitely reevaluating!

My experience with Dr.Boomer was excellent. He assisted me all the way. We connected from day one I selected the clinic. I will recommend Dr. Boomer to every one.The receptionist on the phone is not that nice, but when I pass the reception upon my visit , it always goes very well.Lately though, it's a very nice young Asian lady at the front, who is very nice and professional. Upon arrival, I am received with respect and care.I really really love Dr. Boomer. He is like a father figure who always cares about his patients.

Waited on the phone for 40 minutes on hold to schedule an emergency appointment, if in emergency I suggest going elsewhere. No one should be on hold for 40 minutes

I have been with this practice for years and very upset with the treatment given to us in December of 2019. By the time it was my son's turn to check in at the front desk we were 10 minutes late(two other patients in front us to check in). I wa told we would have to reschedule( it was my son's appt and he literally was in the elevator coming up as I was checking him in) I told her my son deals with depression and it reaLly imperative he have this appooinent but I thought he needed a change in hIs medicine.. She claimed to have asked his dr and he refused to see him. Needless to say I am pulling out my whole family from the practice that my husband I have been with for 10 years. I find this being late(10minutes) a joke to reschedule an appointment when patients have to wait for a much longer time in the waiting room and then in the examine room. The receptionist was rude and not consoderate at all. And when I spoke with another lady a few weeks later she said you would get back to me to figure out what happened on their end. Still waiting to hear from her.
