Great experiences every time I go there. Dr Parrinello is awesome. No problems with scheduling appointments. It's easier on the online portal. Staff is friendly. Thank you, recommend!

I have made 3 to 4 calls a week for the last 3 weeks and cannot seem to get a hold of anybody, or get a call back for the messages I was able to send. I cannot scheudle a visit with my normal doc as they do not show up on the list. I will be moving to a new doctor as I can no longer put this off.

Waited on the phone for 40 minutes on hold to schedule an emergency appointment, if in emergency I suggest going elsewhere. No one should be on hold for 40 minutes
