This particular Hyatt has been open for a while. The surprising thing is, they operate with the same appreciation for their guests as if they were a new hotel. They are kind, helpful, attentive. Their towels are still fluffy!! I was pretty surprised to find out they had been open for quite a number of years and still maintain their hotel so well. Great location, lots of parking. A very clean room. Was a great experience and happy to find another hotel location we will definitely want to visit again :)

Stopped in for a room for the night, the staff was extremely helpful and attentive. "Mia" was the perfect hostess and helped us with the great Hyatt World Experience.
Hyatt is becoming a more and more happy place for our stays.

An employee and I shared a room for a conference at the neighboring property. The location was perfect for attending the conference.
Rooms: The walls between the rooms must be thin. We got a noise complaint for talking and laughing around 9:30 or 10pm. We had no TV or music on. We could hear the alarm of the person next to us vibrating on the bedside table and hear the tone. Also, the doors slam shut which woke us up as neighbors left in the morning.

Rooms: Ultra comfortable beds, pillows, and sheets. Quiet air conditioner, super water pressure in shower.
Food and drinks: Wonderful array of food choices for breakfast, excellent coffee

I had an amazing experience with Maggie at the front desk. She went above and beyond to make sure that I got everything that I needed. She even recommended me events happening in the hotel which I thoroughly enjoyed attending.
Having stayed at so many hotels before, I have never come across front desk staff with such an exemplary and warm behaviour. I have stayed here twice and will certainly be coming back just because of her. Thanks!

Came here for a wedding. I asked for an Old Fashion drink at the bar. They could not make it. The best they had was a ghetto premade drink in a mini-bottle. Their bar mixers were just sodas. Breakfast is standard hot continental breakfast. At other times, the restaurant food is inedible. Staff were nice. Rooms were cramped. Location is in the middle of nowhere in Michigan. If it were not for the wedding, I would never have come here. And I definitely will never go back.

Worst customer service at check in tonight. There were three girls standing there talking and they acted as if I ruined their night by needing to check in to my room. No one said hi, the girl who ended up speaking to me didn’t ask my name, said I need your id and credit card, very cold and flat personality. If this is what I’m to expect all week, then maybe I should have stayed elsewhere…

I've stayed here several times over the years. The hotel is clean. It is always clean. The beds are great. Service is great. Breakfast is good for a hotel breakfast. Location near all the restaurants in Novi is excellent. If I'm in the area, I choose to stay here over other locations because I'm confident in the cleanliness.
The hotel is attached to the Suburban Showplace Convention Center, so depending on what is going on, it can be busy. Nice bar and restaurant, too. This is not withing walking distance to anything, but a short drive from 9000 restaurants of your choosing, Wal-Mart, a huge mall, pretty much any store you're looking for. Very convenient.

I was very disappointed that there are no microwaves in the rooms. I had to go all the way from the 5th floor to the lobby every time I needed to heat up food or milk for my toddler. It’s a major inconvenience. They should have at least put a microwave on each floor or offered them for an extra fee. This really affected my stay. Not a family friendly motel.

Nothing bad to say at all. The experience was splendid. The room was perfect. The pool was nice and I loved the potatoes and fresh fruit at breakfast. All the staff members were pleasant and helpful. I would stay again.

Stayed here for a night while attending the Oddities convention and had such a nice time! Room was spacious and clean as was the rest of the hotel. Used the pool and which was also well kept; no hot tub though, which was a downer after walking around all day. Had a slight issue with the door on our room not locking fully which was fixed within 15 mins of us letting them know, which was great. Breakfast in the morning was delish with tons of options. Definitely a nice stay if you want the convenience of staying at the same location as your event.
