Super excited to find what I was looking for at a great price. This store has some excellent outdoor merchandise. Managed to find a three piece concrete dragon statue. Great artwork, statues and collectibles for reasonable prices. I wish I lived closer but it's worth the drive. Employees at checkout are courteous and helpful. They carefully wrap your purchases for protection too. Excellent location.

Lots of kitchen goods, except for the potato ricer I was looking for. Chock full of all kinds of gifts at reasonable prices.

Went to make a return at this store for an item over $100 less than a week after I purchased it. Sticker still on it, receipt in hand. Had to have a manager get involved in the return for some reason and once the manager arrived she looked at me and asked me “it is used”?
This low budget store really has some low budget managers. Was going to shop there and left IMMEDIATELY after the return. Management needs to be replaced here.

I have been a loyal customer of this store for many years and have always had positive experiences. Unfortunately, my visit today was incredibly disappointing due to the behavior of a staff member named Nikita. I was trying to return an item with the original receipt, but Nikita insisted it was not valid, despite all prices matching and the receipt being in order. She mentioned the tickets were different, which seemed to be a misunderstanding on her part.
When I expressed my frustration, she unexpectedly told me to "watch my language," even though I had not used inappropriate words. This was an uncomfortable exchange, especially when I was simply trying to resolve an issue that was caused by an error on the store’s end. Thankfully, another staff member stepped in and was much more helpful in addressing the situation.
Nikita’s attitude and handling of the situation were completely unacceptable. In my opinion, her behavior is a shame to customer service standards. It's disappointing to see such poor professionalism in a store where I have always had positive experiences. I hope management takes this feedback seriously to ensure that future customers don't face the same issues

Encountered grumpy personnel who were not helpful and who are clearly devoid of customer service training. Came to front desk with an item priced at $3_ (thirty something) but the tag was half torn off. Both the clerk and manager insisted the price was $55 even though the first number on the tag was absolutely not a 5. I’m sorry but I won’t be gaslighted. 0stars.
