My broker and I stayed 2 nights here during a sales convention. Our rooms were ready upon arrival. The staff was all the way around awesome. A very clean hotel. You have a digital card key to enter your room. We had 2 queens. The beds were harder than I liked. My broker loved hers. The water pressure in the shower was awesome, and the hot water was instant. The ambiance of the hotel was quiet and calming. They had a pool, but I didn't have time to take advantage of it. The restaurant is to your right as you walk into the hotel. There is a continental breakfast for free, or you can have a cooked to order breakfast for $15.95. If you walk across the street, there is a small strip mall with a movie theater and several restaurants to choose from. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! We stayed for a baby shower in the area and had a wonderful time. Staff was super helpful and courteous.

It was worth the stay. It truly beats a drunk driving conviction because I got a little sideways.They welcomed my service dog and met a new friend.The rooms were clean and professionally presented.I'll stay there again.

I received an email offer the week before I arrived for an upgrade if that type of room was available at check-in. Nothing was said about the upgrade at check-in, and the room was a standard room, so I presumed the specific upgrade was not available. After my stay, I received my receipt showing I was charged for the upgrade room. I called and was told they would provide a refund for the overcharges. Instead, I was charged again for the difference and did not get a refund. I called again and was told by a somewhat snotty person that they refunded the overage and that it was the fault of my CC company. What a joke!

I was there for a conference , I had no interaction at all with any employee. So I can't say anything about the rooms or the service but the location is right behind two strip malls that have restaurants a lot of shopping and an Emagine theater there. The area is a safe area and it is close to the freeway 96.Nearby activities: Two strip malls that have a lot of stores such as Kohl's, it has a lot of nice restaurants and an Emagine theater. Across the street is 12 oaks Mall which is additional shopping it is a safe area.

The rooms were adequate. I was there for a family reunion. Bed was a little firm for me. Breakfast was good - a variety of things to choose from. Room was a nice size. I had a king with a sleep sofa. Fitness room had a couple treadmills, a couple steppers, exercise bikes, Peloton and weights. There was an indoor pool. Great location. Many retail stores and restaurants surrounding hotel. Pleasant and helpful staff.Food & drinks: There were a lot of restaurants in close proximity to hotel. Many in walking distance.

This location was convenient located off the freeway. Access to shopping and entertainment within walking distance. The rooms were typical with a walk-in shower vs a tub. The lobby had a reasonably priced bar and there were a number of attendees at 9pm.

Hotel is clean, well maintained, and in a very good location if you are someone whose sole means of transportation is walking as there are many shops and restaurants across the street. My room was a king size single occupancy and it was fairly average. My television had trouble we had to be moved but hotel staff was very receptive of our troubles and quick to solve the problem. My only complaint is I looked for a hair dryer but none were available. The food for breakfast was decent but I did think the Turkey sausage was cold/wet and not very good. They also put ham in the eggs leaving persons who don’t eat meat/pork with no options. But decent hotel I would stay again.

This is one of the best Hilton Properties I have ever stayed at. The facility is great, but it’s staff are amazing and they make every stay one to remember. Breakfast and Dinner offerings at the restaurant are excellent, and the rooms are spacious and clean.I have been a Hilton Honors Member for 2 decades and traveled the world always staying at Hilton Properties, and this one is a true little Gem!

Friendly staff, clean rooms, great location central to shopping, restaurants, and Suburban Collection Showplace! Only complaint I had is that the pillows on the bed run flat and puff up on the sides, which is not great for a side-sleeper like me. Otherwise fantastic experience! Would stay again!

Friendly and helpful staff. I would highlight the overall cleanliness and the fact they are one of the few venues around to still have Covid safety protocols in place. Masked staff, hand sanitizers and wipes are available in convenient locations. Kudos for the safe care of guests and staff! The facility and room are well maintained. Great cost-benefit. This was not my first visit hence I will keep coming back whenever I can. The general manager is awesome and we can see the result from top to bottom!

Rooms have a very strong chemical smell. (Perhaps they just had the carpets cleaned??) EXTREMELY UNcomfortable beds. The pool is tiny and freezing cold.The only thing good was the rooms were clean and the staff was friendly.I have another reservation here next month that I will be canceling.

This hotel was perfect. The staff was so friendly and helpful during our stay. The housekeeper for our room was so nice and flexible to clean our room around our schedule.

Jason the bartender was one of the most friendliest and efficient people/person I have met. Not only did Jason handle bartending, also was the cook for food, and headed the breakfast buffet. If I lived closer and ever had a position for customer service for him, I would hire him. I hope management realizes this hard working employee.Very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Fords Garage was a hit.
