I have been with Henry Ford health for almost a year and have found every interaction/appointment to be great. The staff is universally client centered and effective. I would recommend Henry Ford to everyone without hesitation. It is a patient centered, effective health care system.

A 10-15 mins delay is acceptable, but for 3pm appointment of my wife she has not seen the doctor till 4:15

This location also offers walk-in primary care services for the cost of a primary care doctor office visit seven days a week and on holidays. Walk-in services include common health issues as deep cuts, minor bone fractures, sprains, bladder infection, cough, earache, fever, and sore throat. At the intersection of 12 Mile and Haggerty roads.
