They were the only Henry Ford blood draw location that said they were open. They were not open and I wasted 2 hours.

I don’t get this? I had a lab appointment for 11:00 am, and I didn’t just walk in, I specifically made an appointment. I am still waiting here at 11:23.I don’t know why they put us through a pointless exercise if you are going to be treated like a walk in any way.It’s always some issue with Henry Ford.
