“Just wanted to put a shout out to the Kroger associates who work the Kroger Pickup program! You people have been amazing since this whole pandemic started! When I was having issues getting used to wearing a mask without having a panic attack, there you were...shopping my list and bringing my groceries to my truck with a smile. Even though so me of my items were not available at times, you always managed to find a comparable replacement. When I had last minute shopping to do after work, and just didn't want to deal with a mask...there you were.....bringing my groceries to my trunk. For a while there it was very difficult to get a time slot for pick up and I had to try another stores program, let's just say I won't ever stray for Kroger again! You rock! Keep it up! And thanks for keeping things feeless for now!”

“I have been to tons of Walmarts all over the country and no Walmart staff is as helpful and friendly as the staff at the Novi Walmart 2024. We impromptu bought 90% of all their bikes for a company party, and this lady employee saw us, and corralled all the employees that could help and made the whole situation simple and enjoyable! Everybody was so friendly the entire time. Today, 6/6/24, I stopped in and as I was walking out, a worker was leaving as well. As she walked to her car, she: stopped and helped a handicapped man who had dropped something, and yelled, "bless you" to a man who sneezed across the parking lot. She didn't think twice about being kind. Whoever does the hiring for that store does a great job!”

“Had a wonderful shopping experience at the Kroger Store on Bristol Rd.,Flint, Mi. today (5-20-23). The store is very well stocked with many choices. I was very pleased to find Kroger brand items I had never seen before in any Kroger in the city. The store was very clean, and all shelves were neatly stacked. Employees were pleasant and helpful.”

“Clean, they have pretty much everything you want in quantity. I really noticed since covet the prices have really gone up. But where hasn't it? I think Costco or Sam's club is a better value, but you have to have a membership.”
