Last month I purchased a beautiful leather couch and today ordered upholstered recliners. Always get excellent advice on furniture purchases. The delivery service for the couch was terrific.

When we arrived at Gormans in Novi, MichiganRoman greeted us right away, and asked what we were thinking about looking at. He explained where everything was and let us shop at our leisure. When he checked back shortly after, we had made our selections, Roman was very helpful in explaining the process of purchasing from Gormans. He wrote up our order and we"re looking forward to manu years of enjoying our furniture. We will definitely refer Gorman's and Roman to our family and friends.

Had an absolutely terrific experience with Roman at Gorman’s Novi.He was patient, honest, knowledgeable, and gave us his best ideas and suggestions. In the end we were able to pick out the right patterns and colors to complement our existing furniture.This is why we will be coming back again. Roman’s service and friendliness are what made our visit great!

From the moment we walked in we had such a pleasure working with Lisa. My husband and I are a younger couple and sometimes sales associates don't really take us seriously. That was not at all the case with Lisa. She spent hours showing us around the store, pulling fabric and rug samples, and honing in on the details of our order until everything was perfect. She is so incredibly patient and really tries to get a feel for your style. In the end we landed on a Smith Brothers sectional that I'm sure we will love for years to come. Thank you so much Lisa. Looking forward to visiting you at Gorman's again!
