Im from out of town here for work. I own a fossil watch and stopped in to ask about resizing (little to big). Graham helped me instantly. He was able to remove 2 links after a couple tests fits. I was out in less then 5 min! What a great experience! Graham is an amazing employee and extremely helpful! Highly recomended!
