Merger made them suck. Debit cards aren't working and there's no estimated time for it to be back up. Had to overdraft my credit card in order to feed my family because of their F up.

There is a ridiculous amount of fraud associated with this bank!!! After almost 10 years I think it’s time to find a better bank!

Opened up a new account here and the customer service was excellent and they were very friendly and efficient and explained the details of our new account and answered all our questions that we had. I would highly recommend this Flagstar Bank in Novi.
