On Thursday, September 21, I visited the store to place an order for Air Max 270 with the intention of picking it up from the store. On Wednesday, September 27, in the afternoon, I called the store to inquire about the status of my order. Unfortunately, for the first 10 minutes of the call, the lady who answered was unable to track my order and displayed a rude and unprofessional attitude. After a while, she managed to find my order but informed me that the address provided for the order was incorrect, resulting in the order being returned.I contacted customer care to address this issue, but they proved to be uncooperative. It took around 30 minutes to convince them that I had selected in-store pickup and the issue was with the address, not the order itself. Despite my insistence on speaking with a supervisor, they refused and insisted that a refund was the only option. Both the store inquiry representative and the customer care personnel displayed unprofessional behavior and were not accommodating.To add to my frustration, the customer care representative proceeded to explain the customer loyalty scheme, which felt completely out of place considering the poor level of service I had experienced. This entire ordeal exemplified a severely flawed customer journey and an unpleasant overall experience with the store's services.

I was exchanging my shoes and the cash register lady couldn't figure out how to type in my phone number and then she start saying "I want to go home" don't recommend this place it was awkward

Last few times we have shopped, workers are dismissive and ignore customers. This time, manager Tiffany advised my daughter to buy a large pack of socks too small for her feet. When she tried a pair on in store and found them too small, Tiffany wouldn’t let her exchange for the larger pair. I can’t imagine advising customers wrongly and then telling them they are out of luck when they take that advice. Shockingly terrible customer service. We won’t be back.

Buy online, dont waste time at this location. Went in today, wasn't greeted, and didn't even realize the lady there was working. Needed a size, but sense no one was helping us we went to Champs, where everyone was very nice, but they didn't have the shoes I wanted. Went back to finish line, (still never greeted) the other lady was bothered that I needed a new size. Still nicely said thank you, she dropped the shoe box and walked away with a huff. Both ladies were very rude. Will NOT be going to this location again.

I know these reviews for store like this do not do much. However I told myself a year ago after an issue with the same manager everyone else is complaining about that I wouldn’t shop here. Well last week I bought two pairs of shoes, one for me one for my wife. I got myself a half size two big and went in (never took them out of the box) two days later 15 mi it’s a before they close. The gate was halfway down and they wouldn’t let me in. Went in today to exchange for the right size and the associate pointed to a sign that said no returns or exchanges today and wouldn’t give me a reason. Pathetic. I was fourth generation in the shoe business before I moved on to another business and my blood boils from this.

Do not come to this store. An associate guaranteed slip resistant shoes. My daughter bought them. 100% not slip resistant. Took them back to store they refused refund. They don't care if their employee guarantees the product. We are stuck with shoes that can't not be worn to her work. Go to a different stores this is bad business practice.I was told to come back and confront the employee that said the shoes would be what my daughter needed. What supervisor says come back and confront the employee.Update, the manager called me back and said he would return the shoes. We went back to the store. The employee that sold us the shoes was a customer buying shoes. Once she saw us she was rude and said we will not take these back I don't care what you say. Not even on the clock and not one time did we say anything to her. The manager came out apologized to us and took the return. If there was any possibility of doing business "Here Again" that won't happen now due to employee's hostility!!!

Horrible horrible service here please stay away would not expect this kind of service In a macys store. The shoe we got fell apart after a week than I was told no refund since it is worn. I expect shoes to last at least a year or 2 not 1 week and than it falls apart.

I actually worked here for less than a month and I can honestly say that the staffing is horrible. There is a different altercation every single day there is no real manager. Everyone gets promotions for doing nothing. The pay is awful. I was lied to about my pay. The customers orders are not cared for properly. Everything is thrown everywhere in the back of the store. The staff members do not get along with each other nor do they care about the customers. I would not recommend working or shopping here in my honest opinion. Very chaotic and drama filled store. I was also boxed in the back office of the store while one of my old colleagues threatened me.
