I had a really bad experience at this dealership. I went in for a simple appraisal for my car. The man turned it into a ten minute (unwelcome and incorrect) criticism of my life choices. He kept asking me personal questions as if it was relevant to finding out the value of my car. I kept asking, "so how much is it worth?" He responded with questions about my work history, asked about why I changed jobs, and why I bought the car in the first place... Then would joke as if I didn't have my life together. it was extremely invasive and rude. This man thought he was appraising my life... It is a two minute vin look up to give a price. Everything else was completely unnecessary. To be clear, the only bad decisions I ever mad was buying an over priced car during Covid and then walking into this dealership.

Austin Hearns was very professional in assisting us today with our second lease through this dealership now. He wasn’t high pressure at all which I like, and gave us all the information we needed to make a good informed decision. The other salesman on the floor were very corteous and offered to help us out as well, nice friendly overall atmosphere. Highly recommend Austin and Feldman Kia of Novi! Thanks again

Andrew did a wonderful job listening to what I needed in my vehicle and got me exactly what I wanted, again. He took the time to show me all the bells and whistles as well as all the safety features. He even helped me set up my first oil change. I truly appreciate the entire experience ?

Everyone at the dealership worked very hard to get me the best deal with the right car. The staff were all very helpful and patient with me and kept me in the loop every step of the way during the process of signing off on a new car. I would recommend this dealership for a stress free experience.

Friendly people, efficient service, and Saturday hours!Salesperson Anthony was well-prepared, courteous, and efficient at my appointment, and I got through the whole process of leasing a new car in under an hour and a half. Since I wasn't able to take possession of the car that day (Because of my own logistical challenges, not a delay from the dealership), a porter brought it to me at work the following business day.

We bought a new Kia and we’re looking for A good Kia service department to work with, as we expect to keep the vehicle for a long time. They were able to schedule the service within a few days. Our service advisor Joshua was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and positive. We will definitely be making Feldman Kia and Joshua our service provider for our new Kia.

Price was different than discussed over the phone. Mentioned tire rotation being included as well but they charged additional $20 for tire rotation outside the oil change. Honestly the rate were hire than said over phone. Im not fan of this dealership giving money hungry behavior. Even asking for clarification was hard for them to communicate.

This was my first experience with Feldman Kia Service, and I was terrific. I was greeted and made to feel comfortable immediately. This had to be the fastest LOF and tire rotation in dealership history! Janine even brought out the mechanic (for a concern not on my repair order) and Alex answered all my questions and more, to my satisfaction. When I need service next, I'll be going to Feldman.

I would love to give zero stars, but you have to choose at least one. I went in for a scheduled test drive. I was turned over to "Moose", first desk to the right when you walk in, whose service was less than stellar. I only wanted to test drive a car, not finance/purchase as I still have a few weeks left on my lease. He asked me how much I wanted to spend on a car note and I conveyed that information. Mind you, it is what I WANTED to pay, not what I would be willing to pay. Fast forward, he proceeds to tell me they could buy my car because I was over by 5000 miles. I explained that due to my 6 month extension, I had an additional 7,500 miles. He stated that it was not true. I called KIA finance and in fact it WAS true. He then said what caught me by surprise, "I am not going back and forth with you." I replied, "No one has to go back and forth with me when it comes to the money I'm spending." I proceeded to leave out, turned around and got the name and number of the supervisor. The blatant lie about my mileage to almost force me out of my lease to buy a new vehicle was absurd. I spoke to a manager while driving home, who insisted I can come back and they can get me in a car with better customer service. I will NEVER give Feldman (KIA) any of my money.

Jean in their Service Department went above and beyond. Also, the young gentleman who came out to my vehicle when he saw me waiting. He assured me that even though I was early for my appointment, that it was fine and to please pull in and that I didn't need to wait. Software upgrade, oil change and engine filter change were performed. Good work, timely manner and WONDERFUL staff.Thank you !!

Had a recall made an appointment for 2 weeks from the day. When day came brought it in, they said maybe an hour great no issues. But then got a call 45 minutes your car was not part of the recall. Please tell me why the Vin number was not checked when I made appointment. I wasted my time and gas as the dealer is 30 minutes away, poor customer service.

The service was stellar, the wait time quick.and easy, and the interaction with Jean.(I hope I have the correct name) was professional and very personable. I was literally smiling from ear to ear. I would recommend Feldman Kia after my visit today. The customer service was excellent. My service advisor, Jeannine was very knowledgeable and very nice. She kept me updated and really seemed to care that I received excellent customer service. This was my first visit and I will definitely be back.
