That was my first and probably last visit to this Feldman Chevi Novi service center. I’m a surgeon and my time is very limited to do these kind of services, and when I get a bad experience I will have to share because it was a total waste of my time. I paid nearly 65k for this Truck, and compared to my BMW service on my X6 I gotta say that there is no comparison. I paid nearly $500 for the premium 15k miles service and oil change they had, and the photos attached says it all; (1) Half filled valvoline cane with no lid under the hood and left there ( thank god it didn’t drop on all the electronics inside)(2) They used the wheels lock and threw it on the ground and left the plastic bag on the console.(3) Saw a check engine light for the first time .Fixed it later with another dealer. Didn’t even notify me of it. Donno where it came from.(4) The rubber pads on the right back passenger seat is missing.(5) Didn’t even top the washer fluid. I mean it is obvious from a clear message that it needs to be topped.(6) Didn’t even wash the car or make it look like they tried to impress me with their services.(7) Eric the service advisor was indifferent; another car coming in the shop. When you normally go to service dealer with the big names they normally make you feel welcomed even if they are acting, but none in here. You re just a number and he is ready to leave.In general, I’m disappointed in the service even though I bought my truck from there. Not recommended. Though I would have a good experience with $500 paid but none.

Charlie Webb was our Novi salesman. He went above and beyond for us and we were there a total of 1 1/2 hours from looking at cars and driving off in our used but just like new Equinox. That was way quicker than other places I have been. He kept us informed at every step and made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. He literally worked magic.Everyone was fantastic and friendly and happy. The place was clean and so were the cars.I would recommend Feldman of Novi to anyone and Charlie, too… I could not have wished for a better experience.

Came in based on the 2nd buy out letter received and it was a total waste of my time! They offered close to double what I was paying on my lease and stated I had no equity in my existing vehicle lease. It was a waste of my time since they can review what my equity on the vehicle is through the system without me at the dealership. They were not even open to negotiate the deal and the Sales Manager was speaking over me when I was expressing my disappointment for the time wasted. They lost a sale and a customer who took the vehicle there for service.My sales consultant was Viola Xhaja, the rude Sales Manager did not even introduce himself.

Very friendly and professional staff, very attentive to me and my vehicle's needs, clean and comfortable waiting area, and timely completion of my services. Very impressed with Zak and Feldman Novi and I intend to return for further vehicle service needs.

After repeatedly being let down by the dealership where I bought my vehicle I came here for service. I was extremely impressed by the professionalism in this service department. All the way through from dispatch to Eric, I found everyone to be upfront and knowledgeable. Worlds apart when compared to other local dealers.

My experience was amazing. It was my first time at this location to service my truck. From the time I pulled into the Service Center I was greeted with a smile. Although I can’t remember the young man’s name, he was very polite , professional and knowledgeable. He helped me get a better understanding of what was going on with my vehicle and what I really needed. He saved me a ton of money. Thank you sir.

My recent experience has been exactly like every other time I have gone to Feldman for service. It is not fixed completely during the first visit and I must return. The first time my radiator wasn't bolted down and I was stranded on the side of the road overheating (that took 2 extra visits), the second time service just couldn't hear the rattling sway bar in the back and it had to be returned so it could be repaired (but not before a tow truck backed into my blazer taking three months to get it inadequately fixed), and this most recent time the motor of my windshield wiper fluid went out, which they fixed but then didn't connect everything so the gallon of wiper fluid I added went all over my garage floor when I got home EVEN THOUGH I went in immediately on day of pick up to let them know something wasn't connected correctly. But, I was told I was incorrect and that it was just low on fluid. (Which really? You didn't fill it completely after repairing it?) DO NOT EVER buy or get service from Feldman Chevrolet. I would go someplace else but my extended warranty requires Feldman. Oh, and when you go to the Customer Experience contact about it she'll say "OH, that's service, not my job, here is the Service Manager's email." Who will not respond at all. So you say this to evaluate my Service Technician, but this place is a mess. There comes a point when you have to assume they can't be THAT incompetent, it has to be malicious intent. So you tell me, are they THAT incompetent?

The experience was better than I could have hoped for. Karie was amazing with working quickly to set appointment and answering any questions. Sales team- Francis and PJ worked quickly to get me in the vehicle that I have been searching for over the past few weeks. And Brandi Gee is the absolute BEST there is!!! I will be back to Feldman whenever it’s time to purchase a new vehicle.

Austin Kinert from Feldman Chevrolet at Novi did an amazing job getting me the vehicle I was looking for. I was able to take my new vehicle the same day even after closing. He was very professional and knowledgeable with my purchase. I expect every dealer to perform as well as he did. Amazing job!

I HAD THEE ABSOLUTE BEST EXPERIENCE WITH KAL MY SALESMAN!!!I came didn't think I was getting anything to be honest I received a letter from this dealership and I came to see what could be offered to me. Kal was very highly professional calm spirit he didn't pressure me force me to make a direct decision we spoke for a long time while the Managers make a decision he just let me vent to him and everything. I felt welcomed. Taylor the financial advisor she was amazing showed me in detail and took her time and didn't rush my questions.One of the salesman called me and we all had a laugh because he didn't realize I answered and they were talking about lions and one of the employees had Ohio State on. I love the employees with sense of humor we all enjoyed that.

Rude and combative service team, made no effort whatsoever to help us understand the situation and accused of us doing things we did not. I expect managers to de-escalate situations and make the consumers feel better, not yell at them and tell them they are the problem. They don’t care here and only want your money, will tell you half of the problem only for you to bring the car back so they get more money. Go to literally any other mechanic. I would give 0 stars if I could

The service team did a great job. I got the check engine light on my Chevy Cruze and they helped me find out the problems and fixed it well and efficiently. Matt Sobczak, my service advisor, was experienced, professional and willing to answer my questions even though I spoke poor English. He responded fast either through phone calls or email. It was a great experience at Feldman Chevrolet of Novi.

The team members, Ryan, Viola and Vivian were great to work with. Ryan was able to explain the cost breakdown of the lease with me to ensure i was getting a great deal on my vehicle. Viola and Vivian were awesome to work with and attentive to all my questions to ensure the process of leasing my vehicle were smooth. Great team!

My experience was not good. I bought my Traverse at the dealership and have regularly brought it there for regular maintenance. I scheduled an appointment to bring my car in for a "free" fall inspection based on an email I received from the dealer. It became obvious right away that there was no "free" inspection, but rather I would be directed to purchase recommended services and then an inspection could be performed at the same time. I had noticed a loud sound coming from the underside of my car for a few weeks now and was told by another service center that my muffler had a hole that was causing the noise and needed to be replaced. I wanted to see what the estimate would be to get it repaired by the dealership and give them an opportunity to perform the work first, and that was my main concern for bringing the car in. However, after my maintenance services were complete, I was told that the technician didn't find anything wrong on the vehicle and that all looked good. Since I knew this was not the case, it tells me that either no inspection was actually performed, or the technician doing the inspection was not competent enough to find the muffler issue. Either way, this was not a good result.

I knew Kal from a long time ago. Somehow over the years we became FaceBook friends. I saw a post of his that he was working there and remembered that when it became time to look for my next vehicle. He was excellent at understanding my wants and needs. He was super patient and knowledgeable when I had any questions. I had a lot of faith in him and it paid off. Adam was also cool at the end. Very personable and made things easy. I'm thrilled with my car and price.
