DO NOT DO BUSINESS HERE. This place has completely gone down hill over the years and the customer service is nonexistent. I purchased a vehicle through them in 2018 and had a decent experience so when I was looking for a new vehicle a few months ago I figured I come back to a place I had already dealt with, considering the circumstances. I ended up purchasing into a lease this time around. The whole sales process was a breeze but everything after that was terrible. I purchased a 2024 and 2 weeks in, my vehicles computer system began to glitch and freeze up often. I scheduled a service appointment at the Feldman Livonia location being it was closer to home and they had sooner openings. BIG MISTAKE THERE too. They got me into a rental while they diagnosed it and told me it would be covered under warranty due to the matter of the issue. Long story short they had my car for a week and when I was called to pick up my car they said they could not replicate the issue and therefore was not going to cover the rental since they rendered no service. (To note I had several video documentations of the computer glitch on multiple occasions that I had submitted to them when dropping off my vehicle). I had to go back and fourth with the dealership and GMs customer service and after several hours of frustration they finally agreed to pay for the rental.I then reached out to my salesman Danny and informed him of all the troubles, my frustrations and requested to terminate the lease or do a trade in since the issue wasn’t fixed and would soon happen again. He advised that I may lose out on money since I had just signed a few weeks ago. That wasn’t a concern of mine, I didn’t want a new car that had issues 2 weeks in for the hefty price I was paying. Nor did I have the time and money to drop it off for service and get rentals. Danny eventually stopped corresponding to my emails. After a month of patiently waiting for a response I called the dealership and asked if he was still there, I was informed that he was now in finances. (Which doesn’t mean a thing considering his email is the same and also his signature title in the emails always said “finance manager”. I was just being ignored.) At that point I requested to speak to a sales manager and was told I was being transferred to a sales manager named Ryan. I left him a voicemail reiterating all my problems… guess what, no response from him either. My computer was still glitching, music wouldn’t play and it constantly froze making most of the key features inaccessible. I finally had enough after 2 months of no responses and dealing with the issue, I decided to reach out to GM directly. Got nowhere with them other than I need to return the car for another diagnosis. I chose to go to another GM dealer ( who was great!) they did everything they could, fixed one of the issues and provided quality customer service. I was throughly informed that the issue is mostly Apple Car Play related and it’s a common problem gm is working on. I was asked to disconnect my phone for a week to see if the problem would persist, and ultimately since it’s a brand new vehicle my car is quote unquote a “guinea pig”. I did this for a few days and had no issues, however, the minute I reconnected my phone the issue happened again. Mind you, this is a huge feature that I’m sure the mark up in the price package, that I’m not able to use without problems. I’m currently working with a GM manger who is suppose to try to offer some resolution as far as getting a new car. The GM manger said she reached out to Feldman Novi and was in communication with a manger there named McKenzie S. His response was generic… and stated that I’m still within the VPP period of my lease and since it hasn’t been 6 months yet I can’t even discuss a buy out option!!! I’M LIVID!!!!! They do not care about customer satisfaction or quality service whatsoever once you sign. Not one of my problems with my vehicle (or the lack of customer service) has been addressed by Feldman. Terrible!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Kirk Damavolitis for the buyout of my lease, and I must say, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. Kirk, along with his colleague Taylor, made the entire process seamless and stress-free. Taylor was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain everything in detail, ensuring I understood each step of the process. What I appreciated most was the no-pressure approach; at no point did I feel like I was being upsold or pushed into decisions that weren't right for me. The level of professionalism and honesty displayed by Kirk and his team was truly refreshing.Today's experience was perfect, all thanks to Kirk's guidance and expertise. It's rare to find such genuine customer service that gets it just right. A heartfelt thank you to Kirk and the team for making this important transaction smooth and straightforward. Highly recommend their services to anyone looking to navigate the complexities of car leasing or buyouts!

That was my first and probably last visit to this Feldman Chevi Novi service center. I’m a surgeon and my time is very limited to do these kind of services, and when I get a bad experience I will have to share because it was a total waste of my time. I paid nearly 65k for this Truck, and compared to my BMW service on my X6 I gotta say that there is no comparison. I paid nearly $500 for the premium 15k miles service and oil change they had, and the photos attached says it all; (1) Half filled valvoline cane with no lid under the hood and left there ( thank god it didn’t drop on all the electronics inside)(2) They used the wheels lock and threw it on the ground and left the plastic bag on the console.(3) Saw a check engine light for the first time .Fixed it later with another dealer. Didn’t even notify me of it. Donno where it came from.(4) The rubber pads on the right back passenger seat is missing.(5) Didn’t even top the washer fluid. I mean it is obvious from a clear message that it needs to be topped.(6) Didn’t even wash the car or make it look like they tried to impress me with their services.(7) Eric the service advisor was indifferent; another car coming in the shop. When you normally go to service dealer with the big names they normally make you feel welcomed even if they are acting, but none in here. You re just a number and he is ready to leave.In general, I’m disappointed in the service even though I bought my truck from there. Not recommended. Though I would have a good experience with $500 paid but none.

Charlie Webb was our Novi salesman. He went above and beyond for us and we were there a total of 1 1/2 hours from looking at cars and driving off in our used but just like new Equinox. That was way quicker than other places I have been. He kept us informed at every step and made sure we got the exact vehicle we wanted. He literally worked magic.Everyone was fantastic and friendly and happy. The place was clean and so were the cars.I would recommend Feldman of Novi to anyone and Charlie, too… I could not have wished for a better experience.

My experience was amazing. It was my first time at this location to service my truck. From the time I pulled into the Service Center I was greeted with a smile. Although I can’t remember the young man’s name, he was very polite , professional and knowledgeable. He helped me get a better understanding of what was going on with my vehicle and what I really needed. He saved me a ton of money. Thank you sir.

My recent experience has been exactly like every other time I have gone to Feldman for service. It is not fixed completely during the first visit and I must return. The first time my radiator wasn't bolted down and I was stranded on the side of the road overheating (that took 2 extra visits), the second time service just couldn't hear the rattling sway bar in the back and it had to be returned so it could be repaired (but not before a tow truck backed into my blazer taking three months to get it inadequately fixed), and this most recent time the motor of my windshield wiper fluid went out, which they fixed but then didn't connect everything so the gallon of wiper fluid I added went all over my garage floor when I got home EVEN THOUGH I went in immediately on day of pick up to let them know something wasn't connected correctly. But, I was told I was incorrect and that it was just low on fluid. (Which really? You didn't fill it completely after repairing it?) DO NOT EVER buy or get service from Feldman Chevrolet. I would go someplace else but my extended warranty requires Feldman. Oh, and when you go to the Customer Experience contact about it she'll say "OH, that's service, not my job, here is the Service Manager's email." Who will not respond at all. So you say this to evaluate my Service Technician, but this place is a mess. There comes a point when you have to assume they can't be THAT incompetent, it has to be malicious intent. So you tell me, are they THAT incompetent?

I knew Kal from a long time ago. Somehow over the years we became FaceBook friends. I saw a post of his that he was working there and remembered that when it became time to look for my next vehicle. He was excellent at understanding my wants and needs. He was super patient and knowledgeable when I had any questions. I had a lot of faith in him and it paid off. Adam was also cool at the end. Very personable and made things easy. I'm thrilled with my car and price.

Rude and combative service team, made no effort whatsoever to help us understand the situation and accused of us doing things we did not. I expect managers to de-escalate situations and make the consumers feel better, not yell at them and tell them they are the problem. They don’t care here and only want your money, will tell you half of the problem only for you to bring the car back so they get more money. Go to literally any other mechanic. I would give 0 stars if I could

The service team did a great job. I got the check engine light on my Chevy Cruze and they helped me find out the problems and fixed it well and efficiently. Matt Sobczak, my service advisor, was experienced, professional and willing to answer my questions even though I spoke poor English. He responded fast either through phone calls or email. It was a great experience at Feldman Chevrolet of Novi.

Had a great experience here working with Randy as our salesperson. We've dealt with Randy on several transactions and he's always been courteous and helpful, never pushy or overbearing. He took the time to show us different options and he's always made us feel like a valued customer. I would highly recommend Randy to anyone in the market for their next vehicle!Also want to mention Brandi in financing who was very patient and knowledgeable and took extra time to explain the details when we had questions.

Everyone was great! Had an unexpected issue and needed fast service. Eric Tippett and the rest of the service crew got me in and my vehicle turned around super quick and way ahead of my expectation! Very happy with how things went!

I dropped off my friend yesterday to help him pick up his new leased vehicle from this branch late in the evening, and to finish up some additional paperwork. I was there to help him in the event if he needed some assistance, but I was only shocked to see how terrible the customer experience was.They put out his information out in the public by repeating his password out loud, shared some additional personal information details that they were not supposed to, and they even told him to “sit down!” in his place and not move while they do their work. They played a prank on him where the representatives boss came in and said he did the paperwork yesterday and he has to pay more on his lease, and that the work from last night was all a waste of time for the branch.I think the worst experience of the evening was when my friend wanted to refuse writing a good review for the post lease agreement process, where the representative said that if you are not going to give me 5 review stars, I would have never worked with you at all because it would have an impact on his commission, and said if you want to write a bad review don’t even respond to that review. The rep even tried to put even more blame on my friend and asked for my approval that my friend was being unreasonable. I was in complete shock as a witness there!It seems like the customer’s experience does not even matter to this store, and it’s always about the money. If you do respect yourself, avoid coming here. I am not saying to go to a competitor but not specifically this branch. Not a very good experience overall.The only reason I gave two stars is that their doors were open till 9 PM on a weekday.

I had been to two other Chevy dealerships and had negative experiences with very pushy salesmen. I was getting discouraged finding a car until I found something online at Feldman Chevy Novi. I found a car I was interested in at 6pm on a Thursday night, chatted on the website to confirm availability and within 3 minutes I was contacted by someone from the dealership and within 10 minutes, I was on my way to Novi. I was told to ask for Tom Rollison when I arrived. When we got there, Tom had been expecting us, made small talk and had already had the car pulled up ready for a test drive! What a totally difference experience from the first two dealerships! He wasn't pushy at all, had treats for my son, got my car valued for a trade-in and had quoted for some options that I was inquiring about while we were out on a test drive, and was very personable through the whole process. Luke was great to work with for financing and answered any questions I had. We were in and out with a new car in 2 hours. Tom has kept in contact with me every couple days making sure everything is going well with the car since my purchase a week and a half ago. He also scheduled my appointments for me to have those options installed that I inquired about. No wonder Feldman Chevy is top 7 in the nation for dealerships. We will definitely return for a car purchase when the time comes!

The team members, Ryan, Viola and Vivian were great to work with. Ryan was able to explain the cost breakdown of the lease with me to ensure i was getting a great deal on my vehicle. Viola and Vivian were awesome to work with and attentive to all my questions to ensure the process of leasing my vehicle were smooth. Great team!

I was there only for a recall. Service guy wanted to “fix” my radiator (he told me there was previously a problem), which I’d had checked out at another GM dealer and GM engineer, who said there was no problem, no leaking. I specifically told service guy I was just there for the recall issue and I did not want them doing anything with my radiator. When I went back and got my car I checked out. I was walking back to my car and noticed that the receipt said that my radiator had been replaced. The service guy never even told me this and I never gave permission for this to be done. On my receipt it said that “customer smelled a sweet burning smell inside the car”. I never said this and I never smelled anything so this was a lie that he put on the receipt. I never agreed for that work to be done . Now, ever since having my radiator replaced, which was not necessary , I have had fluid leaking from my car, which I never had before. I feel scammed. There was no radiator issue, I specifically told them to leave it alone, they performed service without my consent and then didn’t even tell me about it.If I could have given zero stars, I would have.
