I was able to drop off a package for shipment here at lunch time and was in and out in less than 5 minutes. Fast and friendly service.

Self serve copiers use cheap paper & yield horrible, pixelated images. Be careful having staff “help” because it will cost without them advising you. Fees, surcharge…& my prints looked better at home, wording was just cut off at the bottom. Never again!! I miss the fedex days when they offered reprints for free if you paid for & didn’t like the quality of the other ones.
I had invitations printed through their online service & they turned out good; however, the envelopes they gave me were too small so I had to buy some & when I went to pick them up according to the date & time provided, they said it wasn’t scheduled to be ready until the next day. Fortunately, the guy was working on it that day.

A Gentlemen Helped me with my concerns about my package, took the time to explain there procedures, even took time to show me the package was still there waiting to be picked up by Fedex Ground on Monday. Very Patient and Helpful Thank You

Two days ago went to print a poster and got disappointed with the female staff totally unfriendly attitude. They behaved as borderline racists with cold shouldering all through my visit.
Any non-whites, please watch out and avoid if you can this particular store location especially when female staff are meaning the store.

I could barely read my invitation due to the color. I mention that it was hard to read the invitation and the clerk just stared at me. It would've been nice to get a courtesy call before printing out 50 horrible invites. I used canva which FedEx recommended on their invitation site. Just note that the color on the screen are more prominent than how the are printed from FedEx. Next time I'll just go in person to see how one would look or go to staples instead.

I recently had an unusual print job and went to this office. The first printing did not meet my expectations. I returned to the store and was helped by the manager Jenny. She could not have been more understanding and helpful in correcting my printing problem. I am very thankful that she was there to help me.

Everytime I go in this place the older lady is rude as hell. She refuses to scan in prepaid labels because they have a self scan.
No one was at the counter waiting to ship anything. The older lady that works there scoffed and went to back pointing at the self scan. Just do your job.

A couple of weeks ago, I accidentally left my laptop inside the store. When I finally realized, I assumed it was gone for good, but to my surprise, they had kept it safe the whole time. The front desk lady I spoke with was incredibly kind and helpful when I called to inquire about my laptop. Their support and kindness were truly appreciated!!
I apologize for not getting the name, but I want to express my appreciation to the person who helped in this situation. She made efforts to find me when I lost the laptop and kept it safe for almost two weeks. I just wanted to show my appreciation here for the lady who assisted in this situation since I didn't get her name. Thank you so much!

Staff could use a lesson in customer service. Curt and unfriendly. Didn’t call when order was ready and seemed unconcerned with the issues I had with the order! Would recommend going to another location for print services!
