I came here to pick up a laptop that I was not at home to sign for. I know that it was a crapshoot at best, and after presenting my door tag the lady at the front desk said that she should try to find my package but offered no guarantees. In a few minutes, she returned with my package and informed me that it was my lucky day! I was in and out in just a few minutes, and my two year old thought the little customer area was interesting. All in all a good trip to a FedEx warehouse.

I had to drop off a couple of packages on two different days. I was met with the same rude and obnoxious attendant. If you don't like your job, get another one. Don't vent your anger and frustration on customers. The manager needs to review the security cameras footage to see how this attendant is literally scolding customers.

Three days and the driver says he comes to the office and it is closed and there is no one and the office is open daily from 10 am until 6 pm.There is no credibility at all.

Fed ex has been awful. I was supposed to get my package on 9-9-23 and it never came upon following up customer service informed me it would come between 10-2pm on 9-11-23 in which I stated I work and can not be home. The rep stated there was nothing that could be done and it would have an attempt. Then I asked if my neighbor could sign for it in which he stated yes and the driver refused to allow my neighbor to sign. I called and was told to go online and update shipping which I did and now had to pay. I got a text message today stating the package is delayed and will come tomorrow morning which again I work. When I called the rep stated I have to pick the package up today before 8:30pm which I have 2 jobs and can't pick up today. I was refused reimbursement until the package was picked up. I got no help or assistance in which these are all Fed ex issues not mine. Customer service was terrible each time I spoke with them. I can't contact the main Novi office because it is all the same number. Will never use again.

I had a shipment that was supposed to come on Tuesday and I needed it on Saturday, I went to get it but the lady couldn't find it. She waited after her shift and found it for me, and I'm really thankful and grateful. Thank you so much for that service.
