This place really made it official that I will never use FedEx again. The blonde clerk with glasses was very rude and nasty towards me she would not do her job and contact manager when I requested this lady actually threatened to call the police on me. Of course I'm black seemed a lil raciest how I was treated then she put my package back in transit to send back to send she suspected fraud being stereotypical I was very offended

Strange how business houses are posted but yet they close early and look at you from inside. 8:25 is not 8:30 for a FedEx drop off.

They state online open Sunday’s from 9am but actually it’s 12pm. Wasting people’s time. Why don’t go sure your online data is right

This is at least a good option to drop packages knowing that you're leaving them in an actual FedEx employees hands. The drop boxes have failed me before and while I detest even having to come here to ship a package, when a pickup I've scheduled fails to show up, at least I know it's on its way as long as I drop something before 5. The lobby allows for 3 customers with COVID distancing in place so if it's busy be prepared to wait outside. The staff is indifferent but they do their jobs. One last note...I can't tell you how many times people have come in to complain that FedEx delivered their package to the wrong address and looking for a solution. How does that happen?!

Don’t take your package here if you are expecting them to scan the QR code. The person working there did not know what I was talking about and said they don’t do that...although I’m pretty sure they do, she just didn’t know how.
